Mendocino Farms — Restaurant in Dallas

The service is absolutely terrible. If you want something quick and healthy do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Staff is unprofessional and absent and they will mess your order up even if they have no other orders to take care of.

When I walked in, I started looking at the menu. A couple of minutes later, a host appeared and asked me if I was picking up. I said no, and she walked away. I ordered at the counter and started waiting for my sandwich and soup.

There was almost nobody waiting ahead of me; there was a gentleman waiting for a to-go order and a couple that just grabbed their food. Most of the staff was behind the counter joking and talking about who their pick for a president in the upcoming election; only one person was preparing orders.

The manager came to ask me if I wanted a drink I said I'm okay and then he proceeded to tell someone to one of the girls and she ignored him. Then he proceeded to clean the counter at the register with his own hands...

After 20 minutes my order was ready which is very long wait for a sandwich and a soup at place that was not busy and had 4 people behind the counter with only 1 working. The girl mispronounced my name (it happens) and I asked if that was for me (not that there was anyone else waiting but who knows) and which point the rest of the staff started laughing and said that does it really matter just take it.

The order was messed up. Due to dietary requirements, I needed them to remove something from the sandwich, and when I opened the sandwich, it was there. Sadly, I was already in my office; otherwise, I would have asked...

This restaurant this fabulous! I was so amazed by the delicious food and the super friendly and accommodating staff! My friend and I both got the Avocado and Quinoa salad. I believe it was the best salad I've ever eaten! Delicious and so healthy with all the superfoods. The staff was awesome, so hospitable, and friendly. They went out of their way to be accommodating and seemed to get genuine pleasure from it! This of course added to the already nice atmosphere. I can't say enough about this wonderful restaurant. I will recommend it to all my friends, and I will definitely be back!...

My honest review. The first time I had a Bahn Mi it was great. I went back again another time to purchase a sandwich and some other items. This time there was an issue where the carrots were salty. I called them to notify them. When i hung up and continued to eat my sandwich I bit down on something hard. It was cardboard and it made me sick and i stopped eating. The next day I brought the sandwich and the other items back and was promised a refund ON august 1 and still have not received a refund. I have now had to make a dispute with the charge...
