I have NEVER been FORCED to pay 18% of a tip. Estefanía took care of us. Came to our table 4-5 times and two for those times I got someone with an ugly face bring my drink (didn't get her name). We never asked for much or anything complicated. She was nice when she took care of us. The reason our ticket was high was bc we had 3 buckets which we asked for to not bother anyone much. When it came to paying she Forced us to pay 18% of tip from $272 bc of the total. We had given $30 bc of the service (took a bit ) and she stood next to my husband asking for more tip. She said there was only one bar tender attending the whole bar and that is why they took a while. I nicely told her to look for a better job if it wasn't fulfilling her needs. To my understanding TIPS consist of what you would like to give for the service you received. FYI my husband did end up paying her more than 18% as she would not leave. Never coming back. I really like coming here but last night our waitress was a MESS! Either she was drunk her self or high i don’t know but at the end of the night my bill was $437.88 she over charge us 7 shots & for 2 ranch waters $45 manager said “drinks on me next time “ because he knew the waitress over charged us what a mess of management!! & i knew something wasn’t right with her because she did bring 2 more beer buckets and she didn’t even put it on the tab or even order it ! This is a new location so we stopped in to check it out. I usually stick with their tacos when coming here. They have a very flavorful fajita beef and I also get tacos al pastor. I love charro beans and theirs here are very flavorful with that little bit of heat at the end. The beer mugs are frozen cold along with the draft that’s barely over freezing, so you get that great frosty beer that goes down so great. They have TVs everywhere and a large projector on the back wall. Our server was attentive and quick to bring us a new drink.

The management here was also accommodating. We were headed to a concert when stopping here for some dinner. It was a fight night so they were charging a cover. After talking with the manager at the front he let us in without a cover since we weren’t staying for the fight.
