First time seeing a Dine in sonic, so I felt like I had to experience it. They have Now Hiring signs all over the restaurant and honestly I could tell why. The current workers had no personality when I walked in, no greeting and basically had to ask them if they were ready to take my order because they just stood there without saying anything. The manager on duty was standing right behind the counter leaning against where food is being served on her phone. The TM had an issue with the card processor and asked for help and left the register for the manager to assist and she didn’t even say a word to me the whole time and just looked at me and handed my card back. I let the TM know it was my first time seeing an DI Sonic and she just glared at me.. again no personality. The food wasn’t much better, my wife got popcorn chicken and they were all different colors. Unsure what was going on there. Overall just not a good experience, and honestly the problem is the ones in charge here. The manager gave me a clear view of how this store is ran. No impressed at all. Read moreVisited this Sonic recently and received very rude service. So rude that I became very frustrated and upset and just decided to cancel the whole order and drove off. I’m not sure what’s his position at this location, but the boy who displayed the bs service’s name was IVAN! We simply came on a Saturday night around 10:35-10:40 and placed 2 small orders. I wanted to add just one more item (a small ice cream cone) and I guess Ivan got pissy and thought they were going to have to cook more food. He rudely said “ma’am, you cannot add anything else to this order! I will add it this one time but that’s it!” It took the strength of 20 bodybuilders for me not to match his rudeness and tell him where he could have stuck the food! I cancelled both orders and drove to the sonic on Ft. Worth Ave instead. Received some great service, it was busy but we still received everything in great timing. Please let Ivan and anyone else with the same sad ass service go job shadow on Ft. Worth Ave! That’s not how you talk to anyoneeeee! Read moreJust was coming here before work. But that was a waste of time because I lost my money here and didn’t receive my order. We have a card for one time transactions for this very reason. The order was $11.10 so I sent $12 to our spare card. They charged us the $11.10, but someone came out and said the card transaction didn’t go through. We were confused because at that point the account now had .90 cent in it. They then charged the .90 cent out of our account and proceeded to try and charge us more times. Those declined. If I used my regular bank card, we would’ve been charged at least $60. We showed several people, then management, the transactions. Manager’s name is Margarita. She saw that the transactions added up to $12 and still was trying to say they wouldn’t charge twice, even though it’s obvious that they did if Sonic took out $12 for an $11 order. At first they weren’t even going to return the money to our account. Management needs work. She stormed off while we were talking to her too.
