Panda Express — Restaurant in Dallas

Good afternoon to all. Before I begin my experience at Panda Express let me thank God for another beautiful day. You know with all the stuff going on in this world and life is so short I have to thank God for each day that he allow me on this Earth. I never would have made it without him. Let me explain my visit at Panda Express this is my second time visiting this Panda Express because I am new to the community. I goes in and they have a little boot that you walk up and someone come in place your order you really can't go inside or dine in. I understand everyone is trying to be safe as possible I get that. I really am very particular other kind of Chinese food that I eat I'm not trying to say that I didn't enjoy my food but I have a particular spot that I like to travel because it is very good and also the service is very decent. Panda Express is okay but the customer service is better I'll think it just the way they took my order was so polite and very respectable I couldn't help myself to give the young man a compliment. I'm just telling the truth about my experiences two others. It just a certain place that I really do enjoy the food that they serve. At that time that I visit Panda Express it was just at that moment I want to get something fast and go home and try to be safe as possible. I know someone have made a decision to get something and then go home because they was tired or just want to give something quick. That's the reason why I gave them a five point star the customer service was better then the meal. Everyone experiences is different I just like to be fair and also honest because I think that we should do the right thing is tell the truth. I feel like we need to let the public know how's the food in the house so the service is and be very truthful. I remember one time my grandmother told me always tell the truth because one of these days what you doing the dark will come to the light sooner or later. I hope everyone have a blessed afternoon and also be safe why you on the road. And I was so pleased don't be in a hurry trying to get food from restaurants they also have delivery if you choose. It is your choice if you do but I just want everyone to be safe the roads are very covered up with snow and underneath some ice. Coming to this location today I was standing in line no one greeted me but when another customer came in the customer was greeted I was kind of disappointed and frustrated that I have been standing in line waiting but when the other customer came in they were greeted so not only am I never coming back to this location and alsoComing to this location you know what it makes me realize just how prejudice some Asian and Chinese people are especially at the store manager at this location is very prejudice I don't like an admire the way he trained his associates it comes to dealing with me especially and I don't know how they interact when black men and women enter into the store at this location I know for me a few times after coming to this location my experiences have been horrible and I will never be coming backI will never be supporting Panda Express and I hope that this reaches out further than this I as a so-called black man will never be you're giving my hard-earned money so no Panda Express in the United States of America Panda Express is a prejudice and racist company that don't like black people and the reason they don't like black people is cuz they don't hire no black people. I have no hate towards these people Chinese people and Asian people but I'm just not spending my money with them as far as my moral goes...

DO NOT GO. THERE MANAGER GAVE ME MY CARD BACK AND WOULDN'T SERVE ME BECAUSE I ASKED FOR FRESH FOOD. IVE BEEN BACK SEVERAL TIMES AFTER AND ASK FOR FRESH FOOD. NOT ONCE HAVE I GOT IT. IVE ASK FOR CORPORATE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD TO LOOK IT UP MYSELF. TO THE OWNER, I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS YOU ARE RUNNING BUT YOU NEED TO REVAMP YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY TO THE MANAGER AND CREW. I WILL NOT GO THERE ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY MIGHT DO SOMETHING TO MY FOOD. I GOOGLE HOW TO MAKE BEIJING BEEF I ONLY NEED THE SAUCE. I WILL DRIVE FROM DALLAS TO ARLINGTON BEFORE I GO THERE. REGIONAL MANAGER AND OWNER YALL REALLY NEED TO TALK WITH CREW. DON'T WORRY ABOUT FREE MEAL,I DON'T TRUST THE STORE.
