-New response to owner- What excellent customer service? Your staff was arguing with me about what I found and he crushed it up in the food thinking I didn't have picture proof. Of course some of the food was ate up cause that's how I found the roach wing; in the middle of me eating. It was where y'all put the cheese at; in the middle of the nachos. It only been in y'all restraunt and in my car. Went to drop my wife off at work and came back to return it right after cause what I found. The health inspectors gone inspect this time and shut y'all down.

Today I brought for the first time food from here. Due to my wife saying this is a good place to eat. It's good food but I found a roach wing in my food. I politely tried to tell the manager in private but he made a whole scene.He wasn't trying to pay me my money back after telling him what i found in my food. Made Threats of calling the police on me for asking for my money back due to what I found in my nachos. The food was good tasting but the roach wing threw me all off in disgust. His cashier paid me out of pocket because she seen me calling the health inspectors of dallas. I feel sick that I ate food that had a roach in it. - IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER- First If you all pride yourself in cleanliness it shouldn't be no form of a bug in the middle of my food. Second I was gone less then 30 minutes; I got the receipt and recorded video of the time I was in there. Third your manager at the time who was a dude that was very rude wasn't trying to return me my money until I called dallas health inspectors on y'all. If I was lying y'all wouldn't never returned my money. I said the food was good it was just a piece of bug in it. Why would I return good food unless it was something really wrong with it? Truth was in food and sure gone be determined by dallas health inspectors. Better get a pest exterminator because dallas is gone close you all down for your unhealthy environment. I have years coming to this place and today they messed everything up. I come with my family and i ask for some nachos with steak . i found this white hair in the sour cream obviously i went and approach the manager in the counter i show him and right away not letting me finish saying about this hair i found. He right away started saying No No No No is from the chicken. I am like WTF ??? I order steak not chicken. That doesn't make sense. He refused to help me making remarks about my hair my hair is long not beard hair. You can see the freaking forticle in it. I was eating happy and that ruin my day. This manager is incompetent he needs to be trained again he has seen me and my husband for years in this place he acted stupid he didn't offer no apology or anything he make me feel like this was my fault. He took the hair and got rid of it. Then my husband went and talk to him he started saying the same stupid thing to him. He took the plate away and disappear in the kitchen. He make me feel like this is my fault after feeling like throwing up. I feel so humiliated he said no one with white hair works there he told me it might be my hair i bleach my hair. My hair is yellow not white. This manager needs to be fired they need someone more responsible and customer service oriented.
