Super 7 Inn Dallas West Arlington — Hotel in Dallas

I was just staying one night on the south side, to meet up with some army buddies. I did no checking before leaving for dallas (800 miles). I just drove until I was near where they were and got the first one I saw. Motel 6 was the name at the time. I trusted the chain name. I expected a cheap hotel room, with working amenities, and occasional police cruse byes. That is what I got.||30 bucks with my military discount. Every thing worked fine, everything was clean. This was late summer, and the motel was at about 1/3 capacity. This is a poor area, but not bad. There is a good mexican place next door, If you are not hungry you will be, as the smell of grilled chicken fills the air.||There is a liquor store around the corner, typical of this type of neighborhood. After hanging out until midnight with my buds, I got some food, excellent, btw, and a 40 from the store. I hung out with some locals. I saw no drugs or hookers. No gangs or any trouble at all. So I stayed 2 more nights over the weekend, hanging with my army bros, and the new peeps at the 6.||Pool was nice, but crowded while open, it was nearly 100 every day I was there.||If you are scared of blacks and hispanics, you may want to keep driving. DO NOT stay at Super 7 motel in Dallas/Duncanville, Tx. It had Bed Bugs, Roaches, very unclean, and unkept conditions. The management "Team" and or the "owners" did NOT accommodate the over priced and unhealthy rental conditions nor the bad management of the unkept conditions IN SPITE of the ongoing, horrible customer service to avoid conflict, yet ultimately FORCED the paying customers to "BE EVICTED" having paid for these ongoing owner / manager EXCUSES for a resolution to these horrible conditions. Specifically with the receipts, ongoing price changes, workers "illegal" control of price INCREASES by the office workers, this establishment REVOKED customer satisfaction and CONTINUES to assume their policies are valid. Unfortunately, ALL customers must FIGHT THESE ongoing roach infestations on there own, unless Litigation is brought forth at the "customers" personal expense. TO AVOID UNNEEDED HEALTH CONCERNS, DOI NOT STAY AY THE SUPER 7 Duncanville/Dallas location off of I-20 in Dallas, TX.
