I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden and I wanted to take a moment to commend our server, Saairah, for providing exceptional service. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience.
One aspect that truly impressed me was Saairah's bilingualism. As my friends and I were enjoying our meal, we noticed that the guests seated behind us were speaking Spanish. Saairah seamlessly switched from English to Spanish when taking their orders, ensuring clear communication and making them feel valued. This level of inclusivity and cultural sensitivity is a testament to her dedication to providing excellent service to all guests, regardless of their language preferences.
Saairah's ability to cater to a diverse range of customers by communicating in multiple languages is a tremendous asset. It not only creates a welcoming atmosphere but also fosters a sense of inclusivity and understanding among diners. Her bilingualism truly stood out as a significant skill, and it made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Moreover, Saairah's overall service was impeccable. She greeted us with a warm smile, promptly took our orders, and provided insightful recommendations from the menu. Throughout the meal, she regularly checked on us to ensure our satisfaction and promptly addressed any requests we had. Saairah had an excellent balance of attentiveness without being intrusive, which allowed us to fully enjoy our dining experience.
Saairah's professionalism and attention to detail were evident from start to finish. She flawlessly timed the courses and ensured that our food was served hot and fresh. It was apparent that she took pride in her work and genuinely cared about providing an exceptional dining experience for each guest.
In conclusion, I highly commend Saairah for her outstanding service at Olive Garden. Her ability to communicate seamlessly in both English and Spanish created a comfortable environment for all patrons. Along with her professionalism and attention to detail, she truly elevated our dining experience. Saairah is an asset to Olive Garden and I look forward to being served by her again...
Read moreFor some reason this last visit was a bad one. 45 minutes for a table and then they would not seat us at a table but a booth. My husband is a larger man it's extremely uncomfortable for him in a booth. They asked us booster or high chair. And I said high chair. They brought us a booster seat instead. My baby is one she can't sit in a booster seat she will fall out. They had a problem that we wanted a high chair and said we don't give high chairs in this section. Another reason why we asked for a table in the first place. We got our apps there was hair looked like fake eye lashes in both plates. The noodles were over cooked and old looking the bread was stale not even soft. We requested brockley but was told there was none. But the next table ordered after us same thing as my 2 kids and was given it. The salad had no dressing and the waitress forgot the cheese for the dishes and the salad. We were so discussed already with the hair in the food. I went to the bathroom. stalls were nasty tissue dirt all over. Someone had swept the dirt behind the toilets and on the side of the stall. I saw blood on the wall in my stall. I made the mistake of looking up where the vents had mold growing on it. See I always look up at the vents it tells you a lot about the cleanliness of a resutaunt. If the bathrooms looked like that I can only picture what that kitchen looked like. They were so lazy they even left the towel holder open and had tossed the roll on the counter which was covered in water. I don't know what happened to that restaurant but we have eaten there many times but this time I was so appalled with the whole experience. We may just have to find a different one. I would say if your going to eat there check the bathroom before you do it will tell you a lot about a place. If I was a health inspector they would have...
Read moreMy son has been craving spaghetti and meatballs from Olive Garden for a while now, so when in town we came to this location. We are big Olive Garden fans lol. It’s rare to get this bad of an experience anywhere. The worst part of the whole experience which was what really made us put down our forks was my husband took our little guy to the restroom, and a SERVER used the restroom, barely stuck his hands under the water and did not wash his hands, then immediately come out and serve a couple tables from us. Imagine someone using the restroom, touching what they touch, then touch the food and dishes you and your children are about to touch and consume. If the servers do this IN FRONT of the customers, what is the staff we don’t see doing or not doing? Before that the managers did come around when we first got there which showed care, and while the waiter was nice we hardly saw him, forgot drinks, brought wrong drinks, we ordered the endless bread dip and didn’t receive anymore breadsticks or sauce, same with husbands endless pasta dish. The Zuppa Tuscona….the epitome of Olive Garden..had a vomit taste. Same with their cheese they grate, just this location. I did feel bad, there was a little one that was shrilling a lot extremely loud, we did ask to move because it was sending my daughter into a panic attack and he/she didn’t seem like they were going to stop at any point, so of course we were understandable to an extent about being forgotten, but with the forgetful service before we moved, it doesn’t seem it would have been much different if we wouldn't have moved. We’ve never had this kind of experience. Is it perfect every time?...of course not and that’s to be expected and given grace because no one and no service is....
