I wish I could give it a zero star. The location is nice and clean. There were no customers waiting. The issue at this location are the staff. They are the worst, especially Carla. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered, and she does not need to be working in customer service. I ordered in the app and mistakenly ordered spicy. Before the food was made, I asked if it could be changed to regular and not spicy. I explained that I did not mind waiting for the order because it was my mistake. She became extremely hostile and angry and told me it could not be changed. She was also on the phone the entire time. I told her about my sensitivity to spicy and told her if she can't do regular chicken, I will accept a refund. She still refused. I called corporate while waiting in the lobby and that made her more upset. She told me I was not allowed to stand in the lobby and proceeded to call the police and followed me to my car. The lady in the Drive-Thru claimed to not know what my order was but then she asked me about the drink and it was the exact drink I ordered with no ice how did she know that if she couldn't see the order?
