Wow! If you want to know what excellent customer service is, go to this location and work with the manager, Ken. The store is clean, well stocked, and has plenty of parking. Ken greeted us and asked how he could help. After showing him the 2 new phones we had purchased, he immediately got them set up to transfer data from our old phones. He had us stay there to make sure the transfer was complete. He gave us a lot of good information about how to handle the phone returns, how the new phones and account worked, and information about AT&T in general. He truly made us feel wanted as a customer.
There was another customer when we came in, and he was given the same equally amazing service. Ken was also training a new employee, and did it all with ease. Read moreThis store lost 5 of my trade in devices 8 MONTHS ago and they still aren’t doing anything about it. The young black lady who is in charge in the mornings is the rudest person I’ve encountered she doesn’t even take my phone calls and will cut me off as i am asking her for help. This is a 3th party store and not even the district manager Claudia can solve my problem. I have to go to the police and report this store at this point. What a shame and waist of money and time.
