I’ve been a loyal patron of this particular Chipotle, visiting twice weekly without fail. However, my recent experiences have been marred by interactions with new staff members, notably a new employee with blue eye lenses. Despite my specific request for “very less rice” in my chicken bowl, he added three generous scoops, blatantly disregarding my preference. Attempts to communicate further adjustments were met with a similar lack of engagement, no eye contact, and an apparent absence of listening skills. It’s disheartening to see this lack of attention to customer requests, especially when the order of the person before me was also inaccurately prepared by the same individual.
Contrastingly, the presence of a senior lady staff member who exudes friendliness and attentiveness highlights what makes Chipotle generally appealing. Her demeanor starkly contrasts with that of her newer colleagues, who seem indifferent to customer satisfaction.
This disparity in service quality suggests a need for Chipotle to enhance its employee training programs, ensuring all staff, especially those newly hired, are equipped with the necessary skills to engage properly with customers and accurately fulfill their orders. While my allegiance to this location remains, I hope to see improvements in staff training and customer service, reaffirming the high standards I’ve come to expect...
Read moreOrder ahead and my meal isn't out and ready 10 min after it's promised (this isn't a big deal, places get busy). The issues is that when I'm standing there waiting and no food is out, 3 different employees came to ask who it was for, and then had trouble finding it. Clearly someone had left with my food already. Again, this is no issues, it happens.
The issue is that when I'm waiting and 3 employees come to check on me, not a single one of them stoped what they were doing and made my food again. I had to wait as customer after customer in line was served and their meal was prepared while no one was working on mine. Finally a guy comes up after I asked for the 4th time, and he handed me an open, unsealed bag, with no name on it, and said "here's your food".
I've already paid, if someone comes and steals my food before I get there, they should IMMEDIATELY just hand the order over to whoever is working the line and prepare my meal immediately. Do not make your customers wait? You literally already had my money and kept me there 25 minutes after it was promised.
If they had promptly helped me, or acknowledged me and said "were gonna remake it next, it'll be 5 minutes" it would have been a 5 star experience. The team doesn't understand the balance of clearing a line and resolving customer issues which clearly needs to be addressed...
Read moreI will never return to this Chipotle because it is poorly managed and being in food and beverage management for many years I know the rules and regulations of handling food and yesterday I hadn’t ate anything all day so I stopped by because I was very hungry and saw all types of cross contamination. The employees were putting utensils in different foods and I noticed a young lady making a burrito with pork and she it placed next to the glass instead of by the cutting boards so she had to reach over other items and she dripped pork in the other meat and when she was rolling the burrito the jus from the pork dripped on the cutting board and the floor and her gloves and instead of changing her gloves she picked up lettuce with the same gloves on . I thought I would be safe if I got a bowl so I went straight home and ate the bowl and after eating it I began to feel nauseated and start vomiting and diarrhea at the same time so I knew I had food poisoning and I am sitting in the doctors office right now writing this review and can’t work today because of poor food handling management and habits and I am so sick. I don’t recommend this place to anyone because it’s a filthy place and their food doesn’t have the proper temperature therefore spores develop and food borne illnesses can make you very sick and...
