The Village WAG - Exclusive For The Village Residents — Attraction in Dallas

This dog park was part of the reason I ended up moving to the village. It was very nice, my only issue until now was how muddy it gets after rain, but I understand it’s probably hard to grow grass when the the park gets so much use. But then they got rid of all the very nice seating for no discernible reason and haven’t replaced it in nearly a month, so oftentimes there’s nowhere to sit, and the few benches that are there aren’t nearly as comfortable as the nice chairs that were there previously. The village lakes and walking track is definitely the best part about the neighborhood. Track is about 2 miles, passing by WAG, the dog park and 2 connected lakes. Extended to one of the lakes there is a nice dock facing a beautiful fountain. Once you stand on the dock, the fishes and ducks will come towards you expecting you to feed them, which you should! Between the two lakes you will see a hangout area with tables and few swinging...

I'm updating my review because my opinion has drastically changed in 2 years. There's no longer a water bowl station, just a broken hose and 1 bowl. Plus the water has been off for weeks. Speaking of weeks, they constantly close the park at the slightest hint of precipitation to "let the grass grow" but it's half dirt anyway.
