04/06/2025 UPDATE TL;DR: My mattress is sagging and the pillow I got up-sold on smells like burnt rubber. Do your research before buying anything or, if you are in a bad situation like I was, shop elsewhere.
I limped into the store with my arm in a sling, explaining how much pain I was in after my motorcycle accident and that I had a bad back in addition to my injuries. My current mattress had developed a dip in the middle and I was completely unable to sleep on it anymore. I have to give George credit for the time he spent helping me try out different mattresses, but I am already at the point where I need a new mattress again because the Sleepy memory foam mattress I got has a dip in the middle after only 4 months. It was never comfortable, but the mattress firm people told me to wait for it to "break in". And now it sags; not to mention that, the longer you are laying down, the worse the dip gets.

Read moreDexter was wonderful. Very attentive and friendly. We ordered an entire set up including a bundle of pillows and sheets. The problem we encountered was receiving the accessories. We were told 5-7 business days and it would come in one package. We received the first one with the sheets only. We called and Dexter assured us that the next shipment will include the pillows and protectors. We got the second box today and we were missing the protectors. I called the store and spoke with Adam who stated that he was the shift manager. This turned my positive experience into a negative one. He was rude and argumentative with me when I explained what was going on. He showed that he could care less about the issue. He wouldn't provide any store information or contact info so I can speak with a manager.
We had a tragedy occur in our home a few weeks ago and we are in the process of having to replace everything which is costly. We spent over $2k with Mattress Firm to replace our entire bed and all the accessories we lost. Initially, we had a great experience, but this phone call has made it a negative one. Read moreI went to mattress firm looking for the Nectar mattress the first stop the lady that was working was not helpful at all so I walked out went to the mattress firm next door ( Knox / Henderson) gentleman by the name of John was so helpful he told us they did have any nectar in store but knew one location that did so he called your other location ( northwest high ) so my friend & I drove to that location meet with Ahmed ( Adam) and he was so pleasant & very helpful. He showed me the nectar mattress I was very satisfied that I ordered that night. I really appreciate him & John going above & beyond to make sure I left the store satisfied. Just a few pointers that lady that was working the first location she needs to get some pointers on how to treat a customer & not rush them even though the store closed at 8 she still had 50 mins.. So again Thank you John & Ahmed for making my visit worth it I can’t wait to get my nectar mattress.
