Food was okay, service was not that great. We got our ramen before our appetizers. The appetizers ,Spicy Beef Gyoza and the Shrimp Wonton were pretty good with good flavor all around BUT as for the ramen was not good, not great. Let me start with mine which was the Spicy Asian, broth was actually really good, noodles weren't great they almost felt under cooked, the egg was actually cold in the center and if you think I'm lying look at my photo and you can actually see where it's cold, the chicken taste like it was just boiled in water with no flavor. Now on to the Texas Jiro Ramen, the egg my wife put it down into the broth because she heard me say it was cold in the center so I don't know if that was an issue there but in the picture it looks the same as mine. Her noodles were good, would've preferred those in the Spicy Asian, broth was not to bad had a nice flavor to it but the pork seemed the same as the chicken, good sear but taste was same as chicken. The atmosphere was pretty cool because it's right by a lake and didn't seem to busy when we went. The service was so so not the best but not too much to complain...

I have never been so disappointed in a meal. My husband and I are still shocked. The karrage was majority fried fat, and even if it were actually chicken it was SO BLAND that it wouldn’t have made a difference. The spicy beef gyoza, tasted like nothing, I ended up scooping out the inside and only eating the shell. The spicy miso ramen was atleast edible but still poor in taste and the noodles were HARD (undercooked). My husband had the quartz ramen, he complained how bland it was the entire meal, i finally tried it at the end and yes it was a bowl of nothingness. For 3 people we paid $77 and i truly regret not asking for a refund. We aren’t the type to leave negative reviews or refuse to pay. So we decided to just eat it because we were hungry, but y’all I really don’t recommend the place. Even if you’re vegan (they’re very vegan friendly) that doesn’t mean unseasoned bowls of boiled meat, hard noodles, and rubbery pork. It was so bad, I’m so disappointed. Truly, I hate wasting...

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this ramen spot takes pride in every detail. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel instantly welcome, offering great menu suggestions and checking in just the right amount throughout my meal. Their customer service truly goes above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuine.

The ramen itself was absolutely delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles perfectly cooked, and the toppings fresh and generous. Every bite felt like it was made with care and quality ingredients.

On top of that, the place is spotless. Tables, floors, and even the restrooms were incredibly clean, which made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously, and it adds to the comfort of eating here.

I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great food and even...

Came here to grab a quick work lunch. Got the California roll and requested it be cut into pieces. They did not have eel sauce, which is common to have when you serve sushi dishes, so that was a bummer, but not a deal breaker. The girl up front offered the Rakkan sauce, soy sauce and wasabi instead. My order was ready fairly quickly and I took a quick look in the bag, no chopsticks or Rakkan sauce, just one packet of soy sauce. Requested those two things and got them quick. Glad I peaked in the bag before I left. So far, some hiccups, but still an okay experience. Once I opened the box, the experience plummeted. There was a hair just chillin' on a couple of the rolls, and no wasabi inside either. I know it's life, but just wish I didn't have that hair in my food.

All of their ramen broth is made with vegetable broth and none are made from actual bone which makes the soup very light and not rich like the authentic ones. A trained chef or any chef that actually knows about Karaage should have known to prep the chicken properly before frying. Excess fat and tendon are supposed to be trimmed off of the thighs before covering it with batter, but they were still attached which made the texture not pleasant. Disappointed especially knowing that this place is a ramen chain that’s originally from Japan. Not sure if it’s like this in their Japan location as well or if there was a lot of things that were sacrificed and not inherited over when moving to the US. Staff were nice and restaurant seemed clean, but definitely not coming back.
