First of all, I’m not the type of person to leave these reviews. I’m having to leave Harper’s, unfortunately, but have loved my stay here. It’s truly a great place to live.
I’m the type of person that appreciates outstanding service and professionalism. I need to leave this review before I leave to spotlight a certain individual that Ive had the pleasure of working with several times during my stay here.
Alyssa Cress.
Every single time I’ve had an interaction with her, it’s been a wonderful experience. She always has the answers, always willing to help, and always did it with a smile. People like her need to be shouted out because there aren’t many like her. I can tell she enjoys what she does and she’s damn good at it. I’m convinced people would choose Harper’s over other complexes simply due to the interaction they had with Alyssa. I’m thoroughly impressed and Harper’s is a much better place with her there. Consider living here and if you visit, ask for her, I promise she will take care of you...
Read moreI had a horrible experience living at the Harpers. My apartment was immaculate when I moved out and they still found a way to charge me over $800 at move out. I was charged an electric bill for 2x apartments. The second apartment was empty and should have been paid by the Harpers. The Harpers refused to reimburse me for the apartment that I had never lived in that I was unknowingly paying power for. I was also harassed my entire stay by the male neighbor beneath me who knocked on my door as freely and belligerently as he pleased. I was also charged a violation fee because this same racist tenant made a fake reports to the office. I wrote several emails and denied all claims and they still charged me a $100 dollar violation fee. I lived at the Harpers for 1 year. They look nice but definitely not worth the headache. Staff was horrible. Cory was the nicest person at...
Read moreI have been living here for less than one year and I have had 3 packages stolen from me and the offices refused to anything about it. The mailroom is literally the entrance to the entire building and literally anyone can walk in from off the streets and steal your package if it’s not left in a locker.
Harpers At The Sound has not done anything about this. There is no CCTV in the mailroom and they’re not interested in fixing this. They don’t care that this is costing their residents money.
I’ve never lived in a place where the mailroom is open to the general public and non residents and anyone can just walk in and have access to the residents' packages.
They could easily have put in a CCTV in the mailroom or put up a sign in the mailroom telling the couriers not to leave packages unattended but they wont even do...
