We were passing through Dallas on a trip to Tulsa from Austin, we visited with our son and he recommended this spot for supper since he felt it would fill our carnivore needs and his vegan. A small little dining area ran by a family. We greeted promptly and order was taken. The appetizer of hummus was good with hot fresh pitas. It kept hunger at bay why we waited for our entrees. Every thing is made from scratch so the turn around time us little longer than other sit down establishments, but it is well worth the wait. One of us had the falafel plate, it was very delicious and moist. My husband and I normally do not like this particular fare due to dryness. We did not find that to be the case here.

They have options to order via Seamless or Grubbub — I ordered $60 order from Seamless at 5:42 pm to be picked up between 6:15-6:25 pm. Arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm and was only told then that they cancelled it. I then finally received an email at 6:18 pm that it had been cancelled (screenshots of emails attached). Then had to wait for 30 mins after arriving and finding all this out for our food to be prepared. I called afterwards and they offered no apologies or anything, the lady just yelled over me the whole time and argued with me, she said they “have been in business for 18 years”, then hung up on me. We have been eating here for years but will never, ever return or recommend this place to anyone again. Horrible...

Both owners were so rude because wanted our lamb well done. They said you
"You Indian people should not order lamb because you don't know how to eat lamb"
How the hell does she even know if we are Indian? There no need to tell people how their food is burnt meat.

Ummm I am an American too. Don't tell me that because my skin in brown ... so I am automatically qualified as not white privileged. Therefore, what I say wont matter.
She took the knife and fork out of my hand and aggressively starts cutting the meat in my plate to show me how to eat the meat.
This is the worst behavior ever.
Worst dinning experience ever. Maybe just worst experience dealing with people ever.
