The woman who was in charge of self checkout spoke to me like I was a child, then turned her back towards me as I was speaking to her. She made a non-issue an issue. I'll often hear staff members gossiping about each other out loud for everyone to hear. There was an employee who I assume was on break standing right in front of the main entrance pacing around while loudly talking on his phone and smoking a cigarette. Some of the employees make it very obvious that they do not want to be there. They are always stocking which makes shopping kinda difficult. I’m yet to come to this store without a price discrepancy issue. The sale / lower marked prices on items always NEVER match at the register. Today’s examples: 4 CT Hass Avocado bag marked for $4.99 rung up as $6.99, jar of good culture on sale for $14.99, rung up as the usual &17.99, seamoss gel for $28 rung up as $34. If you’re not the kind to be careful with how every single item rings up, this store will almost ALWAYS get you with the mismatch. Please get your inventory/ pricing/ ads in alignment to avoid such a frustrating customer experience. The icing on the cake is the employees questioning how much the sale is for and the authenticity of your claim instead of walking to confirm & apologizing. This has happened 4 times now hence the review....

Sprouts Store 126 Employees are Amazing, I literally come to this store weekly. The energy & atmosphere definitely brings me back constantly. I really appreciate the crew that works here day or nite. I’ve never seen 1 store working together like they do. I went from Instacart shopping here to shopping on my own. I’m not even a healthy eater but I find something to eat out of here every time I come. After moving from up North to the south this past yr, this is the Southern Hospitality I was looking for.
