I absolutely love Nikki Smith! I always have a great experience and have gotten my jewelry from there for a few years now. I always have THE BEST experience when Camille is working. She is so knowledgeable about all the products, greets me and my friends the second we walk in the door, and has the best customer service skills. She is always smiling and willing to help. I accidentally sent an order to my old address. It was returned by the postal service since no items were deliverable. According to tracking, it went back to where it was distributed. I have tried to get in touch with Nikki Designs through their email several times in the last two weeks and have not gotten any replies.
