This is an update to my original review (see below). While it was delayed, it was not the fault of the company. They were simply at the mercy of the USPS. I received multiple emails of apology and explanation. Because of this, I also changed from a one star rating to a five star rating. Here is my original post: This review is based purely on business practice and shipping. I have not received that products ordered so I can’t comment on quality. I received a “Your Order Is On Its Way” email on a Friday and as of Monday night the USPS has not even received it. Ironically, I placed an order from Kentucky to Texas the exact same day and I received that delivery today, Monday. Why claim the package is “On The Way” if all you did was print a shipping label? I visited this location for the 1st time on Sunday & I was amazed at all the Dallas merchandise they have! One of the associates was beyond helpful when it came to purchasing some decal stickers that they were sold out of, I didn't get to grab her name but I hope she knows how appreciative we were when she was able to find us some. Great customer service! I even found a shirt that I have been looking for everywhere! I will definitely be back for more...

Placed order for 3 shirts. Received only two although packing slip noted all 3. So far, two phone calls and an email have gone unanswered. Will have to make a trip to a store and see what happens.
