This was the WORST experience with Starbucks I’ve ever had. Today was my daughter’s birthday and all she wanted was to receive her free drink birthday reward. The cashier who helped her was named Georgina. She ordered her drink and then presented her Starbucks membership. She then said it was her birthday and she would like the free drink. The lady said she already put in the order and that my daughter should have said it was her birthday first before ordering her drink. She said she can not cancel this order and also put kids temp on my daughter’s order when she was specifically asked NOT to. This was at 9:30 am and it made my daughter very sad. she has always loved Starbucks and just wanted to start her birthday with a delicious drink. Unfortunately, this adult have no sympathy for a 13 years old child on her birthday. She called me to come over and help her, but when I got there she already paid and was too upset. She was crying and did not want me to make a Big scene in front of all the customers in the busy airport. Apparently, my daughter has more respect and courage then this employee. Please send her back to training so that this will not happen to another child. If this happened to me I can assure you that I will make one of the largest scene you would ever seen. Adults would not allow this unacceptable...
Read moreAll things were wrong... First off, their menu isn't right. A grande latte is posted at $3 (which would be awesome) but they charge $5.45. When I lightheartedly asked if they would honor the $3, since that's what's posted, the barista said they had to go with what's in the computer (which is fair) and that the menu had been that way for over a year. The marshmallow dream bar I got was dry, and I realized after I started eating it that there was no sticker noting when it was made or the best by date. So, my bad, but still, it definitely wasn't fresh. 15 minutes after ordering, and multiple people after me in line getting their drink, I still didn't have a drink. When I went up to ask about my order the ticket had been lost. They did get right on it, but no apology and they did not follow the order written on my receipt that I had to show them to prove I'd placed an order. Over 20% of the drink was foam when I asked for no foam. I asked for it to be fixed, and it was - by pouring in milk & foam, scooping out foam, pouring in more, scooping out more... when I was a barista, we'd just use the back of a spoon to prevent the foam from pouring in in the first place. Otherwise, you're scooping out foam, milk and espresso with each laddling. Overall, this was one of the worst Starbucks...
Read morePlaced a mobile order for one iced green tea before going through security. Get through security and get to the Starbucks and drink is not ready. No problem, I wait. After 25 minutes of the order being placed I politely show my order to one of the baristas and ask if I ordered at the right spot in the airport because I've gotten that wrong before, she assures me it's correct and asks my name, I tell her, and she says OK and goes in the back for a bit. I notice there's an order sticker that's been there a while where they place them after they come out of the printer. After she comes back from the back room, she grabs the sticker, looks at it, and leaves it, and I realize she's been doing that since she asked me my name, at this point it's been 35 minutes. I ask another barista if they have my order because it's been 35 minutes and my plane is about to board. They turn and ask her and she looks at the same order sticker and acts like she's just seen it for the first time, even though I saw her grab it, look at it, and leave it 5 times or more over the past 15 minutes. F'ing BS, she was ignoring it on purpose, just because I asked her about it, and I was...
