Starbucks — Restaurant in Dallas

HANK is a Starbucks Master. I live across the street and couldn't wait until they got a Starbucks this close to me. I would only go in periodically due to Everytime I came the drinks where not as good as they were at other locations. After all this time they have finally found someone that knows what they are doing. He is very knowledgeable and what he doesn't know he will find out. I work in the hotel Industry and would love to have him come work for me. He is definitely an asset to your company. He should manage and train as well. He should work for corporate and train the staff at different locations. I have been there everyday since I've encountered him. He was training a lady this morning and I told her to ask to train with only him and learn all she could from him. Hank you're the best. I want Starbucks to know that...

I come to this Starbucks inside Tom Thumb at least 4 times a week. I would have to recommend Miss Elizabeth to anyone. She is truly amazing with absolutely friendly service. No matter what time I go she still carries the same attitude and friendly service. The first time she served me I was unsure as to what items I wanted. She gave me her special recommendation, in which was amazing. The very next morning I went and stated "I want the usual" lol. And to my surprise after serving many customers the day before. She remembered my order to a "T". Friendly service, great product and Miss Elizabeth alone would make this Starbucks...

I am so upset. I went to this location for the first time this morning. No one in line. The barista was the only one there along with another Starbucks employee who appeared to not be clocked in at the time. I ordered a tall cinnamon dulce latte nonfat with whip. I knew the cup felt a little light when I left the store but I was in a rush to get to work. Only to find half a cup of what I ordered and paid for!!
