Skillman Wok — Restaurant in Dallas

Do not recommend this place. I called in an order for delivery and paid over the phone for my family at home 30minutes away from my job. The lady that took my order ask me AFTER my payment went through if I had the card with me because the driver would need to see the card that i purchased my order with. Once I told her no im not there I'm placing an order for my cousin and her children she just responded " im sorry about that but we have to see the card. Sorry about that" . And she hung up in my face. I can understand them wanting to see the card. Its happened with some places that ive ordered from. Thats understandable. BUT...... im sorry I feel as thoufh she should have asked me that before she took my money and then hung up in my face. I had to call back and see what they were going to do since she had already taken my money. She told me that my money would be refunded in 2 business days. No lady thats not ok. So I left my job and drove 30minutes out of my way so that i could make sure that my little cousins could eat. And to top it all off the food wasn't even good. Very dry and bland. I will personally never order from them again....

Very disappointed with our first time here. We placed a large order with at least five different entrees and a side of chicken fried rice with added shrimp.

Food was hot and very well packaged upon arrival. Looked very good ! Upon tasting the food, I was not at all pleased. Literally all of the food had the exact same sauce. I did not understand this because we ordered some of the entrees spicy and some non spicy. Also, we ordered shrimp & scallops. The entree had 3 shrimp and 2 scallops smothered in bell peppers and onions. I felt like these items were used for this entree and also for the Happy Family that we ordered. The orange chicken was burnt and had extremely thick breading with very little sauce. The chicken fried rice had four shrimp and two pieces of chicken (which we paid extra for). The taste of the food was very bland, with very little flavor. The egg rolls were the best part of the meal and were actually good.

Not worth the $70 that we paid. Will...

I can’t give them a 0 like I want to I called and placed my order they told me it would take 45 minuets but got here in 10 minuets my shrimp fried rice was nasty and had no flavor and my chicken was nasty and full of grease.as soon as the driver pulled off I call them to tell them about my food and then a lady got on the phone screaming at me at first I just wanted my food cooked over. But after the way she talked yo me I just ask for my money back.so they said that they would return my money but that was a lie. The man who came was rude and refused to give me my money back asking my why I don’t lie the food everybody else likes it I’m like I’m not everyone else so we went back and forth until some guy walked up to him and said just give her her money back and he said no so the other guy gave me my money back and he doesn’t even work for them I will never in my life eat from them again or let anybody i know buy food...
