On Sunday October 22nd, I left church a little after noon and decided to grab a footlong club sub at the Subway on Abrams Road at Forest Lane. I placed my order online just before I left. I didn't see my favorite club on the online menu so I picked what looked closest to it, which was the Beast, I didn't see Honey Oat bread either so I selected multigrain with lettuce, tomatoes and bell pepper. I didn't see a place to select condiments so I figured they with get that from me when I arrived. I didn't expect it to be ready when I arrived, but it was almost ready. The area around the Subway looked like it could probably use a face lift. The area around it had been undergoing construction for a while so I didn't find that to be a problem. The server was just finishing it up when I walked in. It didn't look like what I ordered so I figured it was for another customer. After he finished, he asked me my name. I told him and he handed the bagged up sub to me and said this is yours. I was in a hurry so I took it and left. When I got home and was getting ready to eat it, I bit into it and it was on white bread. The condiments were all wrong, and it didn't have cheddar cheese, which I ordered, on it. Read moreI wasn't really impressed with this Subway location. The menu has changed alot, most of the ingredients we asked for they no longer had. It wasn't busy at all but one of workers seemed to be a little impatient since I had orders that were written down. I still can't believe I wasted $28 on 2 sandwich combos and we didn't eat them. The bread was rubbery, my steak and cheese sandwhich just wasn't good and they only condiment they had was mayo to put on it. My chips were stale, and the cookies did not look fresh. I now remember why I stopped eating Subway and started trying other sandwich places. There's always drug dealers outside this location trying to sell you weed. Not a good...
Read moreThe guy that’s working tonight at this subway is probably the rudest I’ve seen. I was in line to get my food standing behind a young lady that just purchased her sandwich. She asked for another bag cause she wanted to split her sandwich. This guy tells her NO, loud NO 1 bag 1 customer. I’ve never heard that in my life, I asked for customer service number he says we don’t have one. I said if someone wanted to complain about your service he says oh well.
