Ny pizza & wings — Restaurant in Dallas

NY Pizza n Wings Food is awesome. Unfortunately the Website App "Menufy" that handles online ordering. Worthless. This is the Second time I've ordered online Paid and NY Pizza is unaware of the order. Menufy can order and process payment. But they can't do anything about refunding. The 1st time this happened they were open long enough to fix the order and sent it to me with some extra sodas for the delay. Unfortunately they are closed and can't do anything to help with Menufy obvious debacle tonight . They tried to imply it is NY Pizza Fault . I disagree. How can they be at fault when the website fails to inform them.. I will order from NY Pizza n Wings again. Only if Menufy has nothing to do with the transaction. Menufy is unaware that I've ordered from NY. Pizza many times by phone before the online ordering was available. By phone. Order is perfect, hot, no soggy bread. Quick and on time.. I am pressing the refund so Menufy gets no cut from my business. Advice to NY. Pizza . You should ask for your money back for the horrible website functionality they provide for...

Things couldn't be any worse with the service, I politely asked to compensated considering an hour went by with no phone call or pizza... after an hour my wife calls to find their delivery driver was a no show and rather than call us to let us know they just did nothing... I informed the lady on the phone and her manager in the background that if they at least didn't give us any form of compensation I was going to go online and leave a bad review... he informed her that he'd rather get a bad review than not get paid lol She even wouldn't reverse the payment ... We've paid for pizza and cannot even get our money back essentially... very upset and very disappointed.

Imagine running a business in hopes that it'll successful and being ok with a customer leaving a bad review lol what a freaking joke!

I'd rather order CiCis pizza than ever consider ordering from here again ... at least their management knows how to manage and what's good...

I come in to order a pizza ask the people if I can use the bathroom and the lady that's there told me to get walking because I asked to use the bathroom she's very rude unacceptable and she's very very rude to white people and she's an African so I do not recommend this place it is dirty it smells like boo boo in there and I do not recommend it it is nasty very nasty nasty the toilet is bad it smells and the people are very very very very rude to white people that you all need to go somewhere else because the pizza is nasty in there too they do not make good pizza they do not wear gloves they do not...
