KFC — Restaurant in Dallas

A bunch of unprofessional gals standing at the counter who sincerely lacks customer service skills.. ordered crispy fried chicken and despite telling them to serve fresh hot chicken, they gave me a bucket of cold chicken pieces.. and when asked about it , she said you have to wait for 20mins for fresh chicken.. couldn't she tell me about it before giving me my food.. and that too they are not apologetic about it and made faces as if every time they smile it costs them a dollar.. the same outlet also served me same stale bucket chicken last time I came here and when I told them about it, they just made an expression less face.. by the way rudest among the lot was a girl named "Abigail".. and needless to say that the place is dirty, stinky and they are not even cleaning the tables after the customers left.. the toilets are messy and toilet papers everywhere and stinky... and the shift / store manager "Sandra" was not bothered about the whole...

Ordered 2 pot pie fill ups in the KFC app. Paid online with my card, Drove to the restaurant, asked for my order, they said that they don't do pot pies at this location. Asked for my money back, they said they couldn't refund my money because it was an online order. Asked for a manager, and Surprise! no manager on duty. Asked if I could substitute something for what I paid for, and again got the big NO. The two people I spoke to had an attitude and didn't seem to care anything about my situation. I highly suggest that if anybody wants to eat there, I have one word for them: RUN! As fast as you can to somewhere else. This store has demonstrated the worst customer service in the history of mankind. I will not be back to this dump again. Believe me, it's not worth it. They treat you like you are nobody and then give you attitude. If I was the franchise owner. I would fire those 2 immediately and retrain the rest of the staff on proper...

The drive thru girl was very rude so I asked for the manager she then proceeded to say she was the manager. When I ask who was over her she said the general manager. I forgot to get her name but I most definitely remember her face. They really need to start training people instead of just giving people positions. She didn’t even act professional and didn’t suggest anything else to me. I ordered 2 extra crispy chicken breast she was laughing while taking me order and she said drive to da window and when I got to the window she said she was out of wat I order didn’t even suggest cooking me more and walked away from the window.
