Whataburger — Restaurant in Dallas

Ridiculous!!! I ordered a junior burger & med onion rings at drive thru. Small order!! They asked cars to pull up past the window to wait for food after you pay. But 20 min later, still no food. The people in front of me were served in the first 10 min, and after that they started serving the people behind me!

I had to go inside to get my food & the bag was just sitting there, getting cold. They forgot about me! I asked the manager for a refund & he blamed me for not being outside when they tried to bring my food which is a lie because I had waited all that time & no one came, I only went inside after waiting 20 min & I went straight to the counter to talk to him! So no one came outside in that 20 seconds of time, plus I was watching to see if anyone was going outside as I was coming in. He refused my refund & only offered a free dessert. Awful customer service.

It has been nearly 3 yrs since I went to a Whataburger. I've been boycotting them since my husband worked at one & they treated him so badly as an employee, making him work 70-80 hour weeks, often only letting him off for 3 hours before making him return for another shift. I thought maybe I was wrong for thinking all of them suck, just because one treated him so badly. But nope, they just all suck.

My order was wrong 2 times same order. I asked for no bun oil cashier put no bun. Young whom usually takes my order brought to me she was verifying my order she was handing me the bag but when she said no bun I said no I told her no bun oil 3xs during order. So young apologize for order being incorrect I told that's I just would buns but no oil. She takes order back to kitchen then comes back to tell me they're going to remake burgers completely. I told her that's fine please keep hbiscuit hot & can I please get fresh fries. She said yes & I said ok baby thank you. I waited patiently after placing order @ 10:42am bc they were really busy & had quite a few orders prior to my bc I was at the end of the line. She brought me my food again apologized to me again assured me it was correct I trusted her word bc a manager was on board helping prepare food. I come there at least once a week after my 12hr shifts bc I'm too exhausted to cook. I walked home washed my hands sat down to eat before my shower open bag & both my burgers still were wrong 😡😡gave me a bun but took my condiments away just dry. The service is so slow and it takes so long to get service at the front counter. One night I order a burger and it took 15 minutes to get it and the girl up front named Diamond was very rude and has bad customer service. Not coming back So tired of complaining about this place and nothing gets done. Manager is very unprofessional.Also Brian called the police on his own employee that is homeless. He just dont know that boy and his family are homeless, mom sick with 5 siblings. The car was parked in parking lot. Brian called police to say drugs were being sold out of the car. No his mom was at the hosp and he dont drive and everyone thought it was ok. Brian is a SOB to homeless people. He didnt even want to give them water in the summer time for free. So he needs to look at himself and stop being so high and mighty. He may be homeless one day. God can make anything happen in a blink of an eye. This dude dont need to be a GM.
