Store opened late 8:08 today not one apology given from Veronica. I tried to place the order online it wouldn’t go through probably due to Veronica not being open on time. She makes my sandwich and i tell her im paying online because it’s cheaper she continues to ask me for the regular cost of the sandwich. Get employees who understand how customer service works. Had she ask me to pay the promo code online i would have done so gladly. Get people who arrive to work on tome. Hire people who know how to apologize when they open late. She also removed the sandwich from the counter as if i was going to steal it. Im surprised in this area no one has put hands on her as she is very rude. I have to ask for fresh lettuce every time.
