Taco Bell — Restaurant in Dallas

I was at a table first. And a homeless person came in ask me if he can sit at my table. I said no. I went up to talk to the manager he said that this homeless guy can sit at my tables with me. I do not feel comfortable having people I do not let people who I do not know sit at my table. They could steal my stuff. The manager said he can do anything he want . Covid-19 is still here. I have been sick on and off. Most homeless never ever got what kind of shot that they need. I am handicap. That homeless guy is tall. Want to sit at my table with my stuff. So he can steal my stuff. The manager don't care. The manager does not care of homeless taking up all seat and tables. Does not care of homeless sleep there. Don't care that they spread germs around. I do not recommend any body go here. How the manager is. The manager is careless. Guess no money coming in much at that Taco Bell. They let homeless steal soda from the lobby. The manager said it is a public restaurant. It is okay anybody can sit with you at your table with you the manger said. It happen on May 30, 2024 at 6:00 pm. The manager let homeless stay there a long time they want. Homeless will ask for money and use your phone. These homeless people are carrying a knives, swords, stunt guns, baseball bat, and golf clubs inside Taco Bell. Again the manager told me that they can sit at my table with me. NEVER go to this Taco Bell! EVER! They've wasted so much of our time and money. They might get our order correct 40% of the time (if that). I called the manager to ask politely about correcting the order, and they immediately drew an attitude like I was attacking her/him personally. I proceeded to make an appointment with them, they wrote it in, and when I arrived they said that the manager wasn't in that day. As if they didn't have a manager who could have helped us!!! Then, it happened again. That definitely seemed purposeful, which made me sooooooo angry!!! All I want is want I ordered. I really don't even care that much about the hospitality of the workers nearly as much as accuracy of orders. Anyways, I was too lazy to make a huge deal out of it, but it's happened so many times now, I HAVE to write a review to let the world know how terrible this TB really is. If you ever go, check your bag BEFORE you leave, and test your soda too because they'll give you bad soda too without even caring. Taco Bell will tell you they are closed before actual posted time. So I suggested Google show that they close 30 minutes earlier than the posted time so that people won't come to the restaurant when they want to close. You're welcome.

Don't order a big order, you will be missing items. Once I got home and everything I ordered that had a taco shell in it was not in the bag. No response from Taco Bell. My latest order they forgot the cinnamon twists and this time I placed another order for cinnamon twists with nothing else and the employee was surprised that I only ordered cinnamon twists.
