I usually love supporting small business, but I don’t even want to get this place one star they are a small business that try to screw Their customers to make more money… I went in with an iPhone XR Just to fix the battery port, I waited two days and finally on third day I went in, I went to talk to the lady she said there was a list of problems wrong with my phone. She said the back glass was broken, it needs to be Restored, and the battery port.. which I knew that’s why I was taking it there because the battery port didn’t work to restore the iPhone (I went to apple and they tried to restore it, but couldn’t cause the port) when I received my phone back, they didn’t fix my port (they did refund) but worst of all they mess my phone up more, The front screen was damaged completely . The screen didn’t turn on at all l, it was black and glitching colors and then they try to gaslight me saying that I took the phone like that to them.. I specifically remember showing the man how my phone needs to be restored (the screen shows like a computer and a port) that’s why I need the port fixed.. I asked them to check the cameras but they refused and said to call the cops if I had a problem. Then said it’s my problem now and if I want it fixed I have to pay them more money.. so I chose the cop option filed a damaged property report on them and am waiting for further notice.. might take them to small claims court, but they need to be shut down.. do...
Read moreI was deeply disappointed by the lack of honesty displayed by the individual I assume is the owner at GVA Electronics. 2 weeks ago, I brought my child's PC in for repairs because it wouldn't turn on. Upon dropping it off, I was immediately charged around $70. The next day, I received a call from GVA advising me to clean the computer and upgrade its memory for an additional $80, which I agreed to. Later that evening, I was informed that my computer was ready. When I asked the same person what was wrong with it, he simply mentioned that something had broken off in the motherboard. His attitude seemed agitated when I sought further clarification. To my surprise, I was texted a receipt for only $80 instead of the expected $150. However, when I got home and tried turning on the computer, it still wouldn't start. It was only after my wife suggested using a different power cord that it finally powered up. This experience left me feeling that GVA charged me for repairs that were unnecessary, as the computer was actually functional when I brought it in. My review is based on principle and not the meager $150 that I was charged
