Update On 4/17/23 I went in to order me some lunch before my evening route young man just threw all the food together did not take time to even do stuff right and then just say it art for me and didn't want to give me my drink Even though it is part of the combo what made it even worse is when I got back to my vehicle I looked at how the guy did my food I couldn't even get it out the paperbag. Over 2 years later and I'm still getting negative vibes from this place why and how are you all still opening just straight trash I won't be coming back I'll talk to things had changed everybody in that place need to be fired 8/24/21 no one was able to get in and order. Being that i drive a bus I couldn’t go through the drive through. But just wondering what was going on once again 9/13/21 trying to purchase something to eat and no one is opening the door being a bus driver we cant come through the drive through. But what made me change my review. I walk to the front door and one of the workers just looked at me and walk off. How and why is this place still open?!? OK February 14, 2025 went to get breakfast and the manager did not put ice in my soda. The food was not even warm and I ordered a quesadilla. The cheese won’t even melt it. The sausage is cold and he had the nerve to get an attitude before even presenting me with anything got a burrito a breakfast burrito from him and it was just as dry in the eggs was super cold. I don’t know how this place stay open, which management like they have now I also added an extra sausage on everything and the guy didn’t even...
Read moreI wish I can give a zero rating. I am reading the reviews here and sharing my experience I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Taco Bell on September 17, 2025 around 8:00–8:30 p.m.
The staff here — including people named Amanda, Judy, and Savannah — were extremely unprofessional and rude. I went through the drive-thru to place a simple order of spicy potato tacos, and because I wanted to split payment between two cards (something I normally do), I was shouted at and treated with hostility.
Instead of offering help, they made me feel unwelcome and even told me they didn’t want me in the drive-thru. Their smiles felt sarcastic, like they were mocking customers who came there. It was such a negative, humiliating experience that I left without even taking my order.
As a paying customer, I should not be treated this way. Taco Bell employees are paid because of customers, and when staff like Amanda, Judy, and Savannah treat people this badly, it reflects poorly on the brand. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a business that relies on customer service. They should be fired immediately since they lack the basic communication sense and the worst part is such people are in the customer service field!
I strongly urge management to take action and ensure that customers are treated with respect. Until then, I will be avoiding this location and warning others about the...
Read moreI have to be brutally honest here. This fast food restaurant desperately needs a reality check, starting with its outdated concept and poorly trained staff. It's shocking to see how out of touch they are with modern technology and customer convenience.
First off, the archaic practice of forcing customers to place orders solely on kiosk machines is frustrating beyond belief. What's the point of having staff if they won't even bother to accept orders in person? I've made the effort to place my order ahead of time using the app, thinking it would save me time, but boy, was I wrong! Every single visit, I find myself waiting an excruciatingly long 20-30 minutes just to pick up my supposedly "online" order. It's like they're stuck in the dark ages and don't understand the concept of efficiency.
Moreover, the staff's attitude is far from helpful. When they finally manage to acknowledge you and you advise that you'd been looking at our ready order for nearly 30 minutes, they have the audacity to state that the called out my name, assuming I placed the order in person. Seriously, guys? Can you at least pay a little attention to your customers and realize that some of us prefer to use the app to save time and...
