I've never felt so small till today when I visited this target. Agent told me bring item unopened as I receive it but no agent at customer service didn't follow direction. First there was guy who brought tv return in where box looks like he had for years and he had duck tape holding box close. So you think they search the box see if tv in box but no she just scan his item and he got refund with no trouble. It my turn my item is unopened because I just pick it up yesterday. My item had no duck tape, no holes in box ,everything factory sealed but she decides open my unopened item. I'm like are you suppose open and unopened item ? She like oh let me check but she in process of using scissors open item . In my head, I'm like ok the guy who brought tv in all beat up didn't even get his item look at or monitored to see if it even in there. So how does mine that in a unopened, factory condition (since been sitting in car since yesterday), get the it bomb search tactical treatment? She say manager said even unopened item needed be open . I'm like that new logic to me. All security seals are intact never disturbed but ok do your thing. She really did her thing threw all stuff all over counter. She when threw all security seals still not realizing it was unopened!!! Like wow now every thing threw on counter making me look bad in front whole store as people pass and shake their head . To add insult ,she had nerve check again the box all serial numbers . I'm like oh really? Since she saw everything was as it supposed be , she then had nerve accuse me of item being missing. I'm like you was the first one open this item, and cut threw all 4 of factory tamper seals. I'm thinking you should check in back since you kept bringing it behind scene few times out view which was very suspect. I hear of Target racist incidents but never thought I'll be part of one. If you put all energy on keeping this store clean and well stocked you be whole lot better. If your manager said all this why didn't they show themselves everyone can see horrific incident. I'll never shop here again it very horrible uncomfortable environment. To be stereotype is very heart breaking . This location is not good for anyone I mean anyone. I'm color blind, we do not need this mentally...
Read moreTo start this off, the costumer service line is Ridiculously HORRIBLE. I tried calling for 3 days in a row and no one answered including the manger's office) that implies to me that your company is not interested in the customers questions and needs. 2- I walked into your restroom today and 3 out of your 5/6 stalls were very revolting. Your establishment should be nicely maintained and in its original form as last acquired by the janitor (I understand some guests are uncleanly), but restrooms should be checked and restocked frequently) 3 this is more for the head corporate corporation target establishment. As once stated “The guest are our main and number one priority” as I walked into your women’s section, looking for “long jeans” (size 4 long). Stated multiple times by multiple employees that you don’t sell long jeans (nonexistent). As a tall woman, this is very disappointing to hear especially from as big as a facility you are. I definitely expected more coming from target and will not be shopping at this location further on/ Any target “clothing section” due to its lack of availability to observe guest needs. I will also like to append that amazing customer service came from Deborah/ Dorothy! On 07-28-2025 She definitely deserves a raise and more acknowledgment from your facility. Thank you so much Deborah/Dorothy for making my last experience at target worth giving it a second chance. (I currently don’t remember her name, but she was a beautiful, older African American woman with the...
Read moreI had made a late night visit to CityPlace Target in Downtown Dallas and when I arrived at 11:50 pm and walked in the building the manager was locking the door saying that we are closed and I told her you don't close until 12am, why are you already locking the doors and preventing me from going in and she (manager Dora) said "we are closed", and I asked for her information and she provided her name as being a manager named Dora and she repeatedly said "the store was closed at 11:50 pm".
I would like to note that this is not the first time that I've gone to this target on a late night and I've had incredibly rude service for me being a late-night customer. And the problem needs to be taken care of, I do not appreciate it.The female managers need to leave their lazy & rude attitudes at home. There aren't any other local late night stores near by. And if I want to come to Target 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes before closing I should be able to do that without any attitudes by the staff and while they are rushing me out of the store, staring me down and yelling at me telling me, I need to go to the register. Yes this has happened on a couple different occasions at this target and I'm fed up with it.
Im paying target prices, I want target customer service not walmart customer...
