If I could I would give this 0 stars the first time here I come to the drive thru they talk to me in Spanish i did too they ask me for my order then I told them my order but told me to wait while I did they came back started talking to me in English so I started talking in English for some reason they couldn’t understand me and when I started talking in Spanish they would ignore me and start asking the same questions over and over in English while I would ask questions about the taco Tuesday deal so then they told me to pull up the window then I did for some reason they already have my total when they didn’t even take my order not only that the cashier was not talking at all I don’t know why instead she just put in a random order which they didn’t know since they couldn’t understand so she literally made up an order for me not saying a single word till I started talking in Spanish that’s when she started talking finally I don’t know if she was shy or first day on the job by the way her name is Rachel if I’m correct from what I see on the receipt I still have anyways she didn’t give me a discount on the tacos since they have a deal every Tuesday and when I told her about it she got really rude and ignore it asking for my payment so I gave it to her and ask for someone else while she took my payment she finally answer my question about the deal they have every Tuesday then I told her so why not give me the deal already since you charge me correct? Instead she shut the window on me and left till someone else came that’s when they told me will the order is already done and made but then I didn’t even receive my order like I’m still waiting on it what are yall talking about so that’s when they came up with another excuse saying will I already paid for it and don’t give refund when im not asking for a refund just saying charge me the correct price for the food and they refuse to do that when I never got my food till they went and get it when I said all of this and they were laughing about it like I’m not sure if it’s a joke to try to scam people like this or even laugh at people for trying to ask questions about the deal what kind of customer service is this this is unprofessional and rude in any type of way I would like for the manager to call me and talk to me about this I would even go back to the restaurant and show her who were the ones that were...
Read moreMy actual pain is that I tipped the tiny Mexican girl after she shoveled the pen into my hands when she asked for a tip. She avoided questions and acted like she couldn't speak English. In the early hours of this morning. There were 3 sets of people there, I placed my order second do you know this girl brought out everyone's food before mine? I guess they tipped more or because I'm Black. The disrespect continued after she brought out the food for the two people in front of me, I immediately had a question about whether I tasted alcohol in the pineapple juice mix because I was on duty myself and wasn't doing too much. This girl ignores me standing there and takes the 3rd order for the cute Mexican couple that orders after me. She comes back I catch her attention I ask my question, and she tells me to Pause! She puts me on hold!, grabs sauce items ( like she has a more important guest to Carter to) takes out more foodstuff to table 3, even the guests have smirks on their faces at this point because the lady is how disrespectful she was being, I stood there, my only thought is getting back to work asap as this girl takes her sweet time. my order is not yet out for another 7 minutes or more I'm just standing there too mad to address the situation, and she eventually hands me my food. If she doesn't understand what sauce is in English or juice questions, she is costing you money as a business. She can't even recommend what food to try to a first-timer, what kind of server is that? I have not heard back from them to discuss this experience further... And my final edit here is that now almost 3 weeks later there has been no response to my email and there won't be. So basically the owner is trying to save face by responding to the review only to not bother to respond to an email to attempt to rectify. Lesson learned. Avoid this place...
First off, hair in the food. My wife was eating her burrito and one of the workers hair is stuck in the meat... Second, we didn't get what was actually ordered. We ordered $80 in food. 4 fajita burritos, 4 tacos, one cheese quesadilla and a large chips with guacamole. We specifically asked that the fajita burritos had fajita vegetables (peppers, onions) in them. I was told yes. All 4 burritos were simply meat, a little sour cream, rice, beans and lettuce. No other vegetables. Beef meat was loaded with salt, chicken was gross. In addition when I ordered all of this food and waited 20 minutes l was handed a bag that had half of the order. They managed to forget the 4 burritos which was more than half the cost of the order....When I approached them and showed them the receipt they were basically trying to figure it out and then after reprinting the order they rushed through and gave me the burritos.
