Top-notch service is the commitment. What you get is constant follow-up on your part, delays, and no communication. I was asked to submit a review of my lovely coubtertop. Pictures speak volumes. Adding to review but not stars. Installers left my home in shambles and cut quartz on site b/c they didn't know how to install one piece with a sink cutout. Removed drawers and left them on the ground, finger prints all over painted fireplace, unleveled installation of countertop - how do I know - the straight lined backsplash shows all defects. Waited over 1 month for basic countertop and bad job. Missed first install date, wheb I found out the counter was not even pre-fabbed, I asked to cancel the agreement could have someone do it in 3 days while this company took 5 weeks. Ignore my complaints with installation, and 5 weeks later, I got a message from the self-proclaimed owner that I have an invoice due. He doesn't address issues and makes excuses for delay and poor communication. In the meantime, the owner illegally sells your information to local cleaning service providers so you get inundate with phone calls from strangers.
