Wendy's — Restaurant in Dallas

We ordered a salad and the JBC meal, the salad came without dressing, the nuggets came without dipping sauce which she asked about at the register. There was no offer for cheese or onions for the chili, so we went back for that. There was no flatware in the bag, and none on the drink station counter and when we asked for them the cashier just pointed at the drink station and walked away so I waited and asked again. The fries were soggy and saltless. They made us pay extra for lemonade and then wouldn't refill it, and I don't just mean for free, like they didn't even offer to charge for a refill, just said no you can't have a refill. We watched a guy order a baked potato and they didn't offer or give him sour cream or anything to put on it, just a dry baked potato.We ate in, but how mad would you be to order in drive through and have to come back for half the things that should come with a meal. We like most Wendy's but the service here is sad....

Not only did it take 20 min for us to place our order in the drive thru behind just 4 cars, when I was putting my order they weren't even paying much attention, kept asking if I still wanted this and that and at some point just stopped talking and still asked if I was done with my order when they hadn't even asked for my drinks yet. I get to the window and I see the 2 ladies inside talking away taking their time even tho there's a super long line at this point and people just leaving. and one still comes to window to ask for my order again because she wasn't sure..Then they proceed to charge me for 2 extra xombos I didn't ask for and to make it worse, I asked for extra sauces and they gave me 2 and that's it, hadn't even given me the ones that came with my combos. Didn't bother to get back in line due to how freaking long and pointless it would be but...

This is the worse Wendy's ever the only thing good about them is the lemonade. Lol, what? I'm just being real. Keep it 100!!! Let's go!!!Customer service skills are horrible they have no respect for their customers. Never get a order correct! Fries; oh Lord never taste good always burnt, taste raw or taste like old grease. I WOUNDER if the actually store manager ARE aware of the rule or the thing's that goes on in the kitchen. The African American lady who is the cashier always touching somebody food with no gloves. Questions: were the HELL are y'all hair nets at? Maybe, that will stop y'all from putting hair in people's food.( I'm a witness to that!) Problem, y'all need to pipe down or find a better job if you can't treat you paying customers right..YOU NEED TO START YOUR STAFF OVER. MAYBE, IT'S JUST...
