Wendy's — Restaurant in Dallas

I WENT IN FOR LUNCH AND ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO WALKED IN BEHIND ME JUMP THE LINE AND STARTED ORDERING HIS FOOD...THE CASHIER SAW THAT I WAS IN LINE FIRST, BUT PROCEEDED TO TAKE HIS ORDER...AFTER TAKING HIS ORDER SHE WALKED AWAY FROM THE COUNTER AND STARTED PREPARING HIS FOOD...I ASKED HER DID SHE SEE ME STANDING THERE, BUT SHE IGNORED ME UNTIL ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TOLD HER THAT I WAS TALKING TO HER...SHE CONTINUED TO DO WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND WHEN SHE SAW THAT I WAS LOOKING AT HER, SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD BE WITH ME IN A MOMENT, BUT THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER EMPLOYEES IN THE KITCHEN AREA AND DRIVE THRU...THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE HAD THIS ISSUES AT THIS LOCATION..I AM CONVINCED THAT THE WHOLE SCENARIO WAS RACIALLY BIASED AND THAT AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE ARE TREATED DIFFERENTLY WHEN THEY COME HERE...THE ENTIRE STAFF IS HISPANIC AND THE CUSTOMER THAT JUMPED THE LINE WAS AS WELL...AGAIN THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT AND I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS ON A COUPLE OF OTHER OCCASIONS AT THIS LOCATION...AND I DO NOT GO TO WENDYS THAT OFTEN, BUT I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION...I WALKED AWAY AND WENT TO THE MCDONALDS ACROSS THE STREET...WHEN SHE SAW ME TAKING A PICTURE OF A RECIEPT ON THE COUNTER, SHE IMMEDIATELY STOPPED WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND CAME OVER...I TOLD HER THAT IT WAS OK, AND THAT I WOULD BE CONTACTING THE OWNER...SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO ASK ME HOW COULD SHE HELP ME....I LAUGHED AND LEFT...HER ACTIONS WERE INTENTIONAL AND DELIBERATE...THERE WAS NO REASON FOR HER TO EVER LEAVE THE COUNTER BEFORE TAKING MY ORDER...AGAIN THERE WERE SEVERAL OTHER EMPLOYEES PREPARING ORDERS...OH, I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT LAST WEEK I WENT THERE THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND ORDERED A SMALL CHILI AND NUGGETS...WHEN I STARTED EATING THE CHILI, I NOTICED THAT THERE WERE PIECES OF HAMBURGER MEAT IN IT...I THOUGHT THAT WAS PRETTY COOL, UNTIL I REALIZED THAT THERE WAS CHEESE ON THE MEAT...I IMMEDIATELY GOT NAUSEATED...THIS WAS FROM AN OLD BURGER, I AM ASSUMING...NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED HERE, BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD CHUNKS OF MEAT THAT SIZE IN MY WENDYS CHILI...WHOS' IDEA WAS THIS AND WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BURGER THAT THE MEAT CAME FROM???? I EVEN TOOK PICTURES THAT DAY OF THE MEAT WITH THE CHEESE...I WILL UPLOAD THE PHOTO AS EVIDENCE....ANYONE EVER HAD "CHEESY MEAT CHUNKS" THEIR WENDYS'...

This location sucks!! Today is the 2nd time I have gotten food and they screwed it up, I'm so done! I had ordered a breakfast sandwich one morning and got all the way to work and there was no bacon only bread and egg, ok accidental fluke. I thought no way they would screw up something else simple again. Now today my biggie bag with Chicken BLT is only bread, a piece of hard lettuce and chicken!! Where the heck is my tomato, cheese and bacon!?! 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤬 It's already the size of a slider, so at least it could have been made correctly. Idk if ya'll people are not trained properly or they are just on auto pilot so they don't pay attention to what...

Anytime I come to this location, not only are the employees rude for no reason, our order is always messed up and something is always missing. I understand they barely speak English, but they need to get someone in there that does because it's beyond ridiculous. I love Wendy's!! I would eat it everyday - if it was not this one. They say on Google that it is open until 11 - I have never gone to this location and it been open even at 10 pm. Something needs to be done or they are going to end up going out of business. It would be crazy if they managed to maintain it...
