Wendy's — Restaurant in Dallas

The new crew that started three weeks ago are not customer friendly don't listen to the order don't understand the order don't try to understand. In the afternoon after 5 o'clock your French fries going to be cold your nuggets are going to be cold and still stuff together some of my cook still have the freezer stuff on them you can't go back cuz the line is so long all the way out to the street you have this guy who's a bit dark skin guy in there he doesn't speak to anyone when it comes to the window he he's the one who getting the food together to give to you A big heavy set black guy ask you ask for receipt he gets the attitude because you asked for your receipt for the last weeks my French fries are cold and my chicken nuggets or cold you don't get hot food in the more like he used to before this new crew pain I've talked to the manager and she said she's sorry won't happen anymore but it's continued to happen the manager must be a Hispanic lady I know it's not her fault but the crew of the afternoon...

This review is for the Kiest Blvd location... I didn't even get a receipt when I asked for a bag that didn't have a big yellow sauce drip on it. I miss the pregnant lady who worked the first window. She was friendly, the order and service were great! I hope she and her baby are doing well❣️

Update May 2023- Why is there a gigantic hole at the turn into Wendy's? It almost swallowed the front right side of my 🚘. Somebody needs to fix this big, deep hole! In the photo, you can see the same hole as you exit Wendy's drive thru.

Update November 2023- I know the pregnant lady had her baby! I asked for a mini chocolate frosty and got a peppermint frosty. I said this isn't chocolate, she said she knows. Wth This location needs to train their staff better. This worker tried to keep my free frostie key tag. Plus, they shorted me on my nuggets. I am gonna have to put this location on "don't exist." #whoaskedforsweetnsour...

THIS PROBABLY WON'T BE HEARD OR ACKNOWLEDGED BUT............U can't, can't even during a pandemic with limited touching as possible reduce a WALK-UP STYLE Wendy's to strictly a drive thru and post a slubbish sign on the door stating so. I'm working with an oversized truck that couldn't fit thru your drive thru (with a clearance of only 9'). And was given pushback from management when I 'walked' thru the drive thru to order. 🤷🏾‍♂️ I can understand not opening a dining room during these times that we are in; but this limiting convienece and replacing it with the nonsensical. It's a walk up for people working in this area (like myself) who want to get in for a quick bite and get back to work. There aren't many places to eat around this location as it is and we're limiting sales off this? C'mon do better. Until you open up the front of the house, I won't be back. Like it's Wendy's dude. Where's the "less than one...
