Wingstop — Restaurant in Dallas

Picked up my food around 10 and they were already closing down every fryer but one. I watched the cooks re fry already cooked French fries. I get home and my wings are literally covered in grease and of course my fries and crispy then ever. Everyone knows wingstop fries are soggy. Mine were crisp. Spent 35 dollars on wings just to have to taste like old grease. I called and the girl working the front told me thats how they are supposed to be like I never ordered from wingstop before. She gave me the number to corporate to complain. If she is a manager like she says she needs to be demoted. Worst wings I ever had in my life. Terrible customer service and terrible wings. Very disappointing. My kids usually love their wings and fries and wouldn't finish 1 wing or even eat those burnt toasty fries.. Taste like old grease. Someone needs to be watching these bums working tonight. They need a leader in there that cares about customer satisfaction. I have videos and pictures to upload if need be. I want my money back. Pizza hut has better wings then what I had tonight. Just a shame. Every employee there deserves to be let go tonight. Just pathetic. Find a new closing manager that little kid is no good. Just a rude...

Veronica is awesome! Very helpful and really seems to enjoy her job. She has the attitude of I can do it. I requested fresh fries as every time I come to this location they have not been fresh. But tonight she really turned my experience around and I really enjoyed my meal. After tendering my order she mentioned it would be like 18 min. I don’t mind waiting longer for fresh food, to get what I requested. She smiled and our order came out in like 5 min and even brought it to my table. It was incredible!!! Everything was fresh. Shout out to the guy in the back for cooking the orders all by himself. Upon departure I complimented Veronica on her great service in front of her manager who didn’t even acknowledge the great experience. The manager didn’t seem to be involved at all and seemed like she could care less. I hope Veronica gets to move up someday and have her own store. If she ever does in Dallas somewhere I would drive to her location to have a smiling experience...

I ordered large Louisiana voodoo fries, two orders regular seasoning fries, eight piece chicken wings flavors four hot and four lemon pepper. Louisiana rub, six piece chicken wings flavors. Garlic parmesan for chicken tenders. Worst food ever and I been ordering from this wingstop for awhile. The wings had no sauce not a bit of flavor I order and all orders of fries were kiddie portion the chicken tenders undercook no flavor as well. Two black women in the back were cooking they need be replaced they do not know how cook an how to portion size or give flavors. I came in at 4pm. Also the black guy cashier should have giving me my three cups why I was waiting for food instead once I received food I said were my cups he ask how many seriously I ordered three orders so three cups duh. Never going back to this wingstop you all lost this customer I should be offer free meals to make up for this catastrophe better yet a refund management will...
