Still like turkey and dressing Friday. Good food and good service and good prices. Please bring back cranberry sauce on Friday, Turkey and Dressing not the same without it. Update: Went in on 7/14/22 Take out, kind of crowded.. but still quick service.. Food was wonderful. And we tried their Keylime cake and it was awesome. And Rosa and the rest of the staff really makes us feel welcome, and Rosa and the young man, treats my daughter with alot of respect (my daughter has Down Syndrome) most places tend to ignore her. She is able to order her own meals with very little help. Thanks for helping her be more independent. Patience is key in customer service, and I give you all a 10. God Bless you all. Update: 9-25-22, Can't seem to get there now that they started closing M-F at 6:00PM. Need to stay open later for Dinner/Supper. Review submitted on 01 /09/23. We went in there recently, beleve it was November 2022, and was craving cobbler, they said they had quit selling it. They need to bring it back. That is a dish that everyone seemed to enjoy. Especially my little girl, and myself. When so many things are changing all around, we look for a constant in our lives, Curts has always been a constant. Bring back the cobblers especially the blueberry and the peach. This place is known for all its southern, comfort foods. Why mess with something that has worked for you for years? Food is great as usual, service very good. Store clean, people welcoming. Update: 2- 16-23 Thursday night, Food is still as goodas ever. Staff still friendly, even though they are being worked to death. Thanks for bringing back the cobblers. We had apple tonight, oh so good. My daughter had the Grilled Chicken it was awesome, served with Brussel Sprouts, Mac and Cheese, Green Beans, Rolls, and Apple Cobbler. I myself, had the Grilled Chicken, Coleslaw, Green Beans, Deviled Eggs, Cornbread, and their oh so good Apple Cobbler. We got our food to go. They packaged it up and we were on our way. Hours : Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday...
Read moreI frequent this establishment in the mornings. However, this morning will be my last visit to this restaurant. I pulled into the drive thru promptly 30 minutes before my shift started. There were 5 cars in front of me already waiting. And then the one in front of me drove away due to waiting so long. FIVE minutes before my 8am shift started I called and asked if they were serving in the drive-thru and she said yes. I explained that I had been line for 25 minutes already and the line seems to be going nowhere. She said no one was in line inside and for me to come in-that it would be faster. I walked In bc I was going to be late for work. Some patrons finished in front of me and moved down the line. I was not acknowledged for a couple of minutes-even though they were making biscuits in front of me. I had to say something. To which I said “how long is the wait.” A man was working behind the counter and I explained that I had been there more than 30 mins and am now late for work. He stated that if I’m ever in a hurry I need to come inside because the drive thru wait is longer. The man in front of me ordered 7 plates. 7. First of all, the purpose of a drive thru is faster services. You “drive thru” and get your food. I had a small order. Larger orders should be made to come inside for pick up. I did not yell, cuss, or scream. I was frustrated and upset but I kept a calm composure. Not only did I have to clock in 9 minutes late (I work VERY close to this restaurant) I paid FULL price for a breakfast that I had to wait..what 35 or so minutes for. At a buffet. My early morning mentality if “we’ll, if I’m going to be late I might as well get breakfast.” I should have left. Especially when not even an offer of 10% or even an “I’m sorry.” For the TERRIBLE service I received today. When I explained to my office why I was late I got several nods and was warned...
Read moreI give 2 stars cause the food isn't bad. It isn't great...but it isn't bad. That being said, I am huge into customer service. I have NEVER been to an establishment, in which I'm willing to give money for Services to, in which I felt SO unwelcome.
I smiled and nodded or said hi to 5 different women and didnt get acknowledged. The woman who made my plate, never said anything past what ya want? I was the only one in line. Then I proceed to stand therefore 3-5 minutes before someone finally rang me up. 3 seconds later and I was walking out.
When leaving I said, thank you have a good day and her response was yep. I was thinking, am I on a hidden camera show or something. Now they were getting to go orders ready but again....I'm the only one in line. Take 30 seconds, take care of your customer with a professional attitude, and continue what you were doing.
If the owner cares, they should sincerely look into this. Maybe do a secret shopper service or something. As for me, a customer you have lost. But I am sure I'm not the only one. Save...
