TK Wingz — Restaurant in Dalton

Our first time here, and our last. The lady taking our order seemed bothered that we were ready to order, didn't greet us or anything, wasn't friendly at all, just on her phone. We got wings and some chicken strips with fried pickles ,all the the wings were over cooked but a few and quite a few were burnt. Not many were edible. The chicken tenders were dark and very dry. Our fries was a mixture of stale and crunchy with a few fresh fries. Our pickles were very soggy and lacked flavor we didn't eat them either. When we arrived there was a dirty table waiting to be cleared, we waited over an hour for our to go order, and the table was never cleared. The front lady continued to play on her phone while the store phone rang quite a bit, and even picked up the phone to hang it up then continued on her phone. We ended up going elsewhere for dinner once we got home and tried our food. Upon leaving we passed someone from the back on his way back in, he was very friendly, a smile...

Small building with a super small parking area. If you are going to eat here, I'd advise you to get it to go. The inside is not the prettiest or the cleanest. The bathroom is DISGUSTING. When I ordered, she said it would be 10-15 minutes... it took 50 minutes to get my food. I asked what was taking so long, and she said they were boxing it up, but it still took another 15 minutes to get my food. All I ordered were 10 piece wings hot with fries. Should not have taken that long. Then, after all that, my food was HORRIBLE it tasted old and was way overcooked. Fries were super hard, and the chicken didn't have much meat bc it was way overcooked. I've been here years ago and remembered loving their wings, but I def will not be back. The lady was super nice, though, but I didn't like being lied to. I really hate to leave this review, but it definitely needs to...

EDIT 10/13/20- I was disappointed today at TK. We frequent TK weekly, every Tuesday, and order at least 20 wings plus a family fries for our family.

Today, I called to order our regular 20 wings, and we were told by the lady that we could only have 2 flavors, no matter how many wings we ordered.

Each member of our family likes different things. We normally get Sweet Chili, Habanero Ranch, Garlic Parm, and Creamy Lemon Pepper.

I would've been happy to pay an upcharge to have our typical 4 flavors, but that wasn't offered to me.

As much as we LOVE TK, sadly, we won't return until we can get what our family wants.

ORIGINAL REVIEW- Best wings in Dalton! We have them every Wednesday, and with the quality that we've been getting recently, it doesn't look like we'll be stopping...
