KING HIBACHI — Restaurant in Dalworthington Gardens

I’ve been wanting to try this for awhile but just got the chance this afternoon. I wanted so bad to like this place, but it’s not going to happen. The menu selection and prices are pretty good although more expensive than the hibachi trailers that I frequent in Arkansas. I ordered the trio that consisted of shrimp, steak, chicken, rice, noodles and veggies. None of the food had much flavor and the little flavor that was there wasn’t anything like any hibachi that I’ve ever been to. The steak was very tough and there were three pieces that I couldn’t even eat. The shrimp was ok but very bland. The chicken was ok but again, needed more flavor. The rice was meh and really oily. Veggies weren’t good. The noodles had decent flavor but like the rice, were oily. The noodles were the best part of the meal. The service was good. The food park is small but nice. I was extremely disappointed witjh my first visit at King Habachi. This is some of the worst habachi I’ve ever had. Upon receiving our food the smell was a turn-off but I was hoping the taste would be better., but that was not the case. The chicken and rice had a funny flavor nothing like Habachi. The noodles and vegetables were cold and noodles very oily. I was extremely disappointed and left hungry because my husband and I both threw it in the trash. As far as customer service, nothing happened but smiles and thank you go a long way. Just really no people skills and they were not busy. Based on the reviews some like it but not for me.

OK I 100% know that this was the best thing I have ever put in my mouth. The steak was tender the chicken was juicy the shrimp was perfect fries were the just crispy enough to stay crisp with all that sauce on them and omg that sauce it had so much flavor. I assure you you will not be disappointed with this food. The guys behind the counter and grill are all super sweet. I promise it was the absolutely best thing I have ever tasted.
