STARBUCKS!!!!! Send your employees to Customer Service classes quarterly!!!! They are focus on chit chatting and taking their time doing drinks. Barista was chatting away not paying attention. They don't even pay attention taking the orders either. When I told the barista the order was wrong he was annoyed. When I told them I had ordered a pasty they said "Oh it's coming and after I told them I had been waiting 10 minutes for the pasty the girl barista who had just gotten back from break shrugged her shoulder. The cashier then turn went back to her register and went back to look at the order. She then got it together but guess what she didn't listen when I ordered it and charged the wrong pasty. When I told her she got it wrong and as she was getting the correct pasty ready (she was going to give it to me cold) I had to remind her it was to be warmed. After the whole ordeal, a pastry and 2 out of 3 drinks wrong, no apologies for the delay nor for doing the wrong drinks. I ordered a trenta pin drink and they served it to me in the trenta cup but the amount they gave me in the cup was actually half of the cup and I knew it because when I picked it up it barely weighed anything. I opened it in front of all the Starbucks employees and they stared at me as if I was a beggar asking for money. They have no respect for their customers and they also use racist language towards me. They are stealing in plain sight and to top it off the flavor wasn't even what they normally sell. When I walked in, one of the staff was standing in front of the cashier talking, and even though I was the only customer there, I had to wait about 5 minutes just to order. When I finally did, she said my order wrong and I had to correct her.
When my drink was ready, the cup was messy with matcha dripping down the sides, and the barista looked visibly bothered handing it over. I understand working at Starbucks isnāt always fun, but that doesnāt mean customers should have to deal with that attitude.
On top of that, there was no extra cold foam added. When I mentioned it, they just told me they did put it in. I even opened the lid to show them there was barely any there, and all I got was silenceāno apology, no fix.
