The man with the glasses is so rude I do not know his name because I walked out . The guy ignored us and was taking 10 mins to make this lady’s sandwich and she was getting frustrated with him . It was on 8/16 at around 7 ish. My daughter was with me while we were waiting and she decided to eat a candy and went to throw the wrapper away the guy yelled at her and told her to remove it from the trash .. a candy wrapper so she dug threw the trash to find it and put it in her pocket. (The owners can check the cameras .) We left I was shocked .poor customer service and it’s really sad because there is another man that works mornings there and he’s so nice and even knows my order he’s the best I always tip him. This guy with glasses needs to be prepping food and cleaning or stocking in the back away from people .He does not need to be working a front counter with customers . . He obviously hates his job . This franchise needs to be investigated by corporate . Customers are not allowed to use the trash and we’re not allowed to use the restroom that’s for customers they cover the restroom sign with an employee only sign . But it’s a bathroom. Read moreMy experience at Subway today left me feeling disrespected and humiliated. I visited the store on May 23 at 1:30pm, hoping to grab a quick meal while waiting for my oil change. Before placing my order, I disposed of a paper bag in a manner that apparently upset one of the workers.
This employee proceeded to scold me loudly and rudely, making me feel like a nuisance rather than a paying customer. His behavior not only embarrassed me but also disrupted the experience of another customer who had to wait for him to finish addressing me. Despite my explanation and attempt to resolve the situation, he continued to argue with me, creating an uncomfortable and threatening atmosphere.
I felt demeaned and unwelcome, as if I were being treated like a "freeloader" rather than a legitimate customer. The way I was spoken to and treated in front of other patrons was unacceptable. As a result of this negative encounter, I have no intention of returning to this Subway location...

However, the person working at that time was grumpy and unwelcoming off the bat. We asked if the location participated in accepting the paper coupons or even the deals on the app (we were intending to use the current footlong BOGO deal). The guy quickly stated that he doesn't take coupons, period, end of story. He might as well have said get the hell out at that point because his attitude was awful.
