The girl who works at night shift has a work ethic problem. They have an event in app where we order 1 day in advance. The pick up window is 9pm-9:30pm. I arrived at around 8:50pm and nobody was making any drink. I waited a few minutes then went inside to check. The girl then slowly roll out and began to make drinks saying 20 minutes plz. I was not happy already but decides still to wait. Then, 30 minutes past my order is still not done. Felt like her speed is like 1 drink/10 minutes, which is ridiculous. I end up leaving without getting my drink since I dont want waste more time here.

Knowing that early in advance that people will come between 9-9:30pm to pick up drinks, you can do better than that. If you know you are slow, making drinks in advance, just rest there until someone ask you and let everybody wait so long is just stupid. I will never...

I have only come here once in a while when my cousin wants to make a pit stop here. The drinks are a lot better than the one I sometimes go to in Pacifica but they could do a little better on the food. The popcorn chicken isn't what I thought it would be and the fried rice could use some flavor like salt and pepper or maybe some garlic. The texture of the rice is a little sticky for my taste but that's just me. I like the spam musubi though! It could use a little less soy sauce on the rice since the spam and seaweed would already have the salt inside. I do recommend using ammino liquid soy sauce rather than the soy sauce your using. Would I recommend this place? Yes because it's one of the basic boba spots that you can get a quick drink or bite to eat while in South...

The drinks are good, but they have a standard that even though you don't choose any toppings, they add the clear ones for you and i hate them. This is my 2nd time here and they did the same thing. Please stop. It's ruining the drink. If customers decide to not have toppings, please don't add that! It's gross to me. I don't even want my drink anymore.
