If you are giving food for FREE in your restaurant and enforcing your “NO WASTE BUSINESS POLICY,” yes, I’ll be on your side. BUT WE ARE CUSTOMERS AND WE ALL PAID, not just eating for free. Yes you said nothing is FREE, so where are our money coming from? To give you the right randomly charging customers extra for the sake of “BUSINESS POLICY?”

I have been coming here since they opened(more than 20 times). I would give 5+stars with their food, however, the service gotten really bad over the years, and I would give 0 star for this visit. We were a party of two and ordered a lot of seafood with shells, as we were eating them and putting the shells on an empty plate, the waiter kept asking us if we really want him to take the plate full of shells away; "You sure you don't want these, again!?" Read moreTried to come here for dinner last night. Crazy packed full house. Made sense why the phone was off the hook when I tried calling to get a sense of the wait time for 2. When I drove over, parked and walked in, I saw a lot of hungry customers and barely anyone eating. The cute robot waiter and jingle was nowhere to be found. I went to the desk and tried to ask one of the servers (guy with glasses) How long the wait time might be, Since it was already past 8:00 And the restaurant closes at 10:00... And without even making eye contact with me, he just shooed me away and said that he doesn't know. I tried to make eye contact with the other two servers at the desk area, but they also avoided my glances and looked away. Then I asked the same guy again, wondering maybe he didn't hear me the first time because of the language barrier. And again, he was rude and short with me. To make matters worse, I put my phone number down on the wait list, but the restaurant system didn't even bother to text me the entire night. I get that restaurants are short on staff right now, but man- There has to be a better way to deal with all this. Perhaps limit how many customers you seat at any given time, if you know that you can't service all of them or are going to be straight up rude. After this experience, I don't think I'll be coming back...
Read moreI made a reservation here for my cousin's graduation dinner. They offered their private room for $350 but we said no. When we arrived they gave us the room at no extra charge since it was available. Each seat got their own mini pot. It also had a karaoke machine and the screen was on the side of the wall so it was pretty cool! The instructions were all in chinese though.
The meat quality is really good here. The beef wasn't too fatty and the slices were decently thick. They also have cooked food like gyoza, chinese donut, and egg rolls. I got the mushroom broth and it was only ok. I really liked the herbal broth. I heard mixed reviews about their tom yum broth. I wished they had a more plain broth, like pork bone. They told us skewers cost extra, but it wasnt labeled on the ipad that you order from. But everything that is skewered is also offered without the skewer. They gave us a free seafood plate with lobster and mussels. It was p good, except the shrimp tasted a little off.
The service here was so fast and attentive, unlike most ayce places. They have multiple ways to call them, even inside the room (they had a light switch to turn on for them).
I would definitely come back since their food quality and service...
