The customer service is very bad. The Chinese female employees are rude and only care about getting things done fast. They are not patient and always ask "Anything else?" and don't allow us to think. Do not order the yellow spongecake because it's so soft and they put so much water inside the cake. The rice flour from the sponge cake smells bad. Also the soy tofu milk with boba has a weird, stinky smell. lastly, the receipt does not state the name of the menu items we ordered. That's not good because they charge extra and also 25...

Husband ordered the Chinese donut, soy milk, egg tarts and a mochi with coconut powder and sesame filling.

Chinese donut was undercooked. You could actually see bits of raw dough.

Soy milk smelled and tasted like it came out of a burnt pot. It’s like the soy milk settled into the pot and no one checked or stirred it. I had to dump it. It tasted that bad.

Egg tarts were too small. There wasn’t enough of the egg custard. Tasted ok but I have had way better elsewhere.

I liked the mochi at least. But everything...

Pretty good dim sum selection considering this is not in Chinatown San Francisco. I've been buying takeout dim sum from here for about 15 years and, unfortunately, have seen the portions get smaller and fillings get less plentiful. The baked pork buns, for example, went from over 5 inches in diameter to a little over 3 inches in diameter today. And the fried egg rolls used to be filled with pork & veggies. Now I can't find any pork in the egg rolls. Still a great value compared to fast...
