The customer service is very bad. The Chinese female employees are rude and only care about getting things done fast. They are not patient and always ask "Anything else?" and don't allow us to think. Chinese donut was undercooked. You could actually see bits of raw dough.
Soy milk smelled and tasted like it came out of a burnt pot. It’s like the soy milk settled into the pot and no one checked or stirred it. I had to dump it. It tasted that bad.
Egg tarts were too small. There wasn’t enough of the egg custard. Tasted ok but I have had way better elsewhere.

I've been buying takeout dim sum from here for about 15 years and, unfortunately, have seen the portions get smaller and fillings get less plentiful. The baked pork buns, for example, went from over 5 inches in diameter to a little over 3 inches in diameter today. And the fried egg rolls used to be filled with pork & veggies.
