Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Dana Point

I would have given two more stars but I took those away on the count of the service that I got at the counter.... the first star was for no line waiting ... the second star was for the food quality, the third star was because I didn't have to wait too long for my food so about the two stars I took away I took away one star because if you can't make up your mind of what you want at that moment, you will tell the cashier I need a little bit more time in which the person I told this to had a real attitude as if he was about to go on his bathroom break chuckle finally the last star I took away was when you get a customer you've never seen before whether they just got out of prison or if they jumped out of a UFO spaceship whatever the case, they're customers among the rest of the population of people that choose Carl's jr. As their place of dining so with that being said I did not like the way my friend that was with me at the time and was from out of town was treated because he asked me to speak on his behalf and for the cashier to ask if my customer speaks English I thought was very very rude and on that same token of rudeness do you ever snatch money from a customer who you just took an order from. So there you have the story of my five stars and how only three survived. To all who reads this thanks for your time......

Their service is pretty faster for me. Their attitude is really friendly but they didn't replace the napkins ran out at my table. Also, the bathroom is fairly dirty, need more attenion for clean up. I have been there about 10 times after my surfing sessions at Doheny State Beach and my stomach never got upset or gassed until just this tonight, I felt and saw a gnat on my arm then got rid of it off. I ate their champ Diablo burger. Later 1 hour at my home then I feel too much gas in my stomach. Too much Farts. I suspected that gnats may attracted and trapped in cooking burgers at the kitchen then I ate burger. Maybe the burger meat expired and became old / rot. I m not sure. Also, each time, I stopped at this same place, I always noticed few weirdos (few homeless people) at the tables but they usually not bother me like begging except this tonight, homeless lady tried to talk to me then I ignored her and eating. However, I used to love Carls Jr then their price soar and food quality declined then my stomach got gassed recently. I don't think I will eat at any Carls Jr again in near future. I am afraid to catch poison food next time. I am just caution. I gave two stars instead one star for this place becuz of their friendly attitude and faster service to me except...

Looking for a burger for lunch found Carl's Jr. in Dana Point, CA right on Pacific Highway (Hwy 101). First day of "indoor dining" being allowed in the State of California, due to the easing pandemic restrictions. No one was inside "dining", however, the drive thru was steady with business from to go orders. The lady cashier was very personable and accommodating, greeted me cheerfully as i walked in. I asked her about any "special deals or offerings" and unfortunately, she stated they do not have any deals in that particular store. A little disappointing, i ordered the regular items and left. The burgers were OK, the flavorful Carl's Jr burgers. However, the fries were not fresh & was actually lukewarm. We were hungry and enjoyed it anyways, as we kept driving on to our destination. My suggestion - always make sure to serve hot & fresh fries as it completes the...
