The Patio Restaurant — Restaurant in Danbury Township

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack... You name it you will find it here and i almost guarantee you will wind up here :) Breakfast pics are attached but i got way to excited and ate the homemade donuts before i could snap a pic of them... Yummy. I would say this place has the largest selection of food available in lakeside. The also have milkshakes, ice cream, and my fav hot fudge sundays!! There was one day we stopped here 3 diff times for three diff meals :) Ill side note this with the family that has owned the place for the last 30 years has done a amazing job, there is at least two generations working there and they are some of the friendliest most helpful people...

I haven't been in downtown Lakeside for a long time, so we thought we'd go today.They had some arts and crafts going on as well as a car show.

We sat on the patio to eat and, upon asking our waitress what she recommended. She told us they were known for burgers and chicken so me and my wife and I tried the chicken. What a disappointment. Went for "Home made chicken and noodles " the Sunday night special. Noodles were DEFINITELY NOT homemade and other than a few little pieces of chicken, it was MIA. NO flavor. Appeared that they didn't drain any of the water from the cooked pasta. Dish was watery with NO FLAVOR. AND $3.75 for a scoop of ice cream !!!
