Arby's — Restaurant in Danbury

Drive thru asked me politely to pull to waiting area because fries were not ready. While my wife and I waited, I counted at least 12 cars go through the drive thru and not have to wait. There was one other customer parked next to me. After 15 minutes or more I tried phoning the store but no one answered.

Finally a woman came walking with bags and drinks but went to the other vehicle. When I asked her where my order was she wanted to know what the order was. Said she would bring it out. I told her how long we were waiting and said it was unacceptable. She seemed nonplussed by my comment and we waited another 5 minutes for her to finally bring our order. She said “here ya go” and handed me the bag. But where’s the milk shake I said? Oh, sorry I’ll get it for you, and she was back in 2 minutes.

I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble but I reiterate: This was not acceptable! There’s plenty of other fast food places in the area.

The associate for the drive thru was very pleasant,polite,professional very helpful my order was correct. She informed me it would take a little bit because they were making the fries fresh so she asked me to pull up and someone would bring my order out to me. The associate brought my order out to me and apologized just like the girl from the drive thru window did. Very very outstanding customer service. Thank you to both the associates for being so thoughtful,caring,polite,respectful,professional it is very rare today. This was my first time to this Arby's I actually wanted the fish strips but they are temporally out of stock so I got the classic chicken sandwich and crinkle cut fries and both were superb and awesome . Again thank you to the awesome associates who not only made my dinner amazing but made my day and night so much better!!!!!!!!!!!:-) I can't say it enough the two associates were amazing and...

Came thru drive thru. Kid didn't give receipt and dummy me didn't open sandwiches up from wrappers to see if they gave correct stuff. Didn't find out until I got home and took my shoes off n sat down n couldn't wait to eat its been a long day.... I did not get what i ordered I ordered beef n cheddar no red sauce and regular beef n cheddar, I got a beef n cheddar with no cheese , n then got a roast beef sandwich .... What MAKES THIS SO BAD IS that I am exhausted n just can't drive back so I Call the Arby's to explain, a kid answers the phone, I tell him , he is quiet but i hear the background noise , he then just hangs up on me n then they don't answer the phone after that... they said nothing n then didn't answer Horrible. I never usually have any issues with Arby's. But this staff obviously doesn't care...
