This restaurant is right off the road and has a very small parking lot behind it, maximum maybe 3-4 standard sized cars.
The interior is small but cozy, they’ve got 2 booths and about 5-6 normal tables. Partner and I came in for a late lunch about 3:30pm on a Thursday. We were the only patrons which was nice. We were greeted right away and picked our seats. I wish they offered complimentary tea or water but no big deal. Customer service was still super nice and attentive.
For appetizers we ordered the fried gyoza. I ordered the Golden Bridge Sushi Roll and kimchi jigae, and my partner got miso soup, Snow White (yellow tail) and the Tuna Trio (spicy). The fried gyoza was super light and crispy. Honestly, the best gyoza I’ve ever had. The kimchi jigae for me wasn’t as brothy as I would have liked, but they gave me plenty of pork that literally fell off the bone because it was so tender.
My partner really enjoyed our lunch and we look forward to visiting one more time before our visit in Danbury ends. Highly recommend trying them out!! Everything we had was delicious!! You can also order for takeout and just do a pick up if you'd like.
Safety: They do not check temps or vaccination status but all staff wear masks and the whole restaurant is clean. Hand sanitizers are available at the table.

Read morecame here twice, waitstaff are friendly, there are only like 5 or 6 tables and some seats at the sushi bar, the owner makes the sushi solo and tackles tables dining in and takeout simultaneously, and we order a lot of sushi, what a legend
let me just say, I've tried sushi in ridgefield, bethel, and most of danbury, this place has by far the BEST quality ingredients. The raw seafood, the size of each piece of each roll, the rice, everything is just perfect. Seafood as everyone knows is not cheap so when you pay $100, $200, $300 and so on for it you want fresh, delicious, quality, and some other restaurants seems to be unable to source that, but Edo is on point.
The atmosphere is one that you make on your own, no music, no tv's, it's byob, a great little escape from reality while you enjoy probably some of the best food I've had in a long time. I have yet to try the Korean cuisine, just basic apps and sushi
but you can't go wrong with any dish there because the quality you are getting from 1 roll of sushi translates to everything else, everything is made with care, love, and passion.
if you want quality then come here, bring your own bottle of whatever you...
