This is actually to those customers who doesn't understand the work we go through. You want quality food, its impossible to be done in the second you ask for. You want great customer service? Please know what you actually want. If you feel like taking your anger out on someone. Please continue to come to this review. I feel, (personally) that alot of people don't understand the work we do and the stress that we have to handle. I understand that most customers want their food right there and then. But I also understand, (which most people don't) that it has to be made. I see some negative comments about the food and wait or the food beeing mistaken (we are sorry for that but like everyone in this world,no one is perfect), but not many people is taking in consideration the hardwork and sweat that we employees do to satisfy our valued customers. We do the best we can every day and work hard (for a minimum salary) to see everyone smile with the correct order. Not one single restaurant in the world will be perfect. We try every single day to please you. We work hard, we don't only take your order, we also make sure that we have the right things to provide you. Little you know, that we are human as well. We also have family like you do. Some work around the clock to make sure you have the food that you come for. We serve you 24 hours a day non-stop. You may call it a simple job. I will tell you that is not. Is basically you trying to please the world. In the end, no one is thankful for the fact that we even exist. When I see these negative comments, it really breaks my heart. I realize that some people don't really care about us (the people taking your order, cooking, appreciating you beeing there, and trying to help in the best way as possible) workers who struggle every day to make YOU happy. Make sure you have you coffee in the morning, your food, oatmeal and so on. Or in the evenings when you are hungry and a good hamburger will sound perfect. We are those very hard working people who makes sure you will have that hamburger that you so craved. Once again we are not perfect. We are like you, humans who are trying to serve and do our jobs.
It will be amazing to receive more great reviews here and from the receipts we provide you instead of the negative. We are one of the very busy place in Danbury. For us to assist most of everyone we would need a mall with lots of drive thru. So I want to ask to those who have these negative comments. To please look deeper then just a voice taking your order.

Read moreThe worst service! In our area mcd doesn't always have the best service but this particular restaurant takes the cake. Most of it is due to no one speaking English, no one understands. So you try and use the mobile app so you don't have to speak to anyone and still the order is wrong. The absolute worst! Orders are almost always wrong or missing items. Today my whole order was canceled due to a machine being broken. It's been broken for weeks now and the item is still available on the app. Why? Is a great question when according the mcd when items are not available they show as not available on the app. Wrong, wrong and not true! Now I have to sit here and starve for half the day because my order was canceled without asking me before hand. Drive thru clerk continued to tell me they don’t have my order. Drove up to the window, was clear she just wanted me to go away. Asked the # again, she acted like she looked it up and continued to tell me it’s not in. She asked me for my phone, which I wasn’t going to hand her my phone, but I showed her the mobil #, again tells me it’s not in (without checking).
