Sleep Number — Hotel in Danbury

What an experience! My wife and I considered a Sleep Number mattress for over 14 years and went through three other mattresses durring that time. For our 15th Anniversary, I wanted to give my wife some back pain relief and for both of our tired bodies to get a fulfilling night of sleep. We are parents of three daughters who wear us out! I first went online and was prepared to spend all the money needed as our largest hurdle was always the cost associated with the bed. I though I was in for a +10K dollar bill even with a sale and a veteran discount. I was contaced by an amazing sales associate and he ran down some high level information on the mattresses and the adjustable bases. As it turns out, I'm able to use my current adjustable base and that was a big saving right there. Instead of pushing me to buy everything, which I was willing to do at this point, he brought me to not needing a base and also brought the mattress model down from their most expensive. It just wasn't needed. We setup time to meet in the show room for a demo. WOW! We were both so impressed by the sales / management staff on sleeping, sleeping possitions, and their product line. Then we were even MORE IMPRESSED by the mattress demo. Once you find out what this technology bed does, you might be more apt to spend a few thousand on the mattress as quickly as we were. We were actually supprised at its affordability based on its technology in all areas from the bed construction to the intelegent sleep system that automaticly adjusts when you go from stomach to side to back sleeping like we both do. We left the store amazed and very happy and can't wait for the mattress to be delivered in under a week from our order! We were in need of a new bed. Then comes the decision as to which product to buy. So, we started looking. All the different choices. Then we started putting all the information together and started thinking about what (if anything) we knew about each of them. Ok, first we had purchased a Sleep Number bed 25 years ago. In fact we purchased 3 beds. We had a problem with the pump at what we found out just at the end of the Warranty. We had know idea it even had any warranty on it after all at that time. Well your company sent us a Brand New Pump all those years later. So knowing that we decided to start with Sleep Comfort. So we went to the Danbury Ct store. Where we met by Trever Osmer. What a fantastic young man. Extremely Professional. He was so knowledgeable about all the products and how everything complimented each other. No pressure just pure relaxed knowledge. So pleasant. Both my wife and I had worked in retail and with the public for years. We know good when we see it. Let me tell you. Trever is Good. He is a credit to your company. No question. So long story short. We never looked at anyone else. We purchased it right then and there. I don't usually go to such lengths for a review but Trever really impressed me. Absolutely terrible experience, deserves a negative 5 star review but Google doesn’t offer that functionality. I was given a delivery window for May 24, 2025 between 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM, but the mattress never arrived. After multiple calls, unprofessional service, and false promises from several reps—including being hung up on and ignored—I wasted my entire day waiting. It turned out that parts of the bed that was supposed to be delivered was used in someone else’s delivery.

Despite assurances from the district manager and multiple store reps, the bed still never showed. To top it off, I received a text claiming it had been delivered at 8-9 PM when it hadn’t.
